Mahala has been an absolute gem, she has been helping me with my issue of an extra charge on my account. This issue popped up randomly and without hesitation she addressed the issue and sent it up the chain. Her communication has been excellent & the issue was resolved! Eden support is definitely 10/10!

Order and shipping help
I had a small hiccup with the timing of an order and Brent in customer service reached out and was able to help. He stayed in contact and ensured the order was corrected, expedited and received. He was very helpful and responsive. It’s comforting to know I can reach someone for help if necessary.

the "REAL DEAL"
I have been on the meds for 3 months and was looking for a better price! It was JUST TO EXPENSIVE with the place I was going. I am saving $400 a month now and couldn't be happier. I found tryeden.com and went through the process on the website to get started. It was easy enough to do and from the very beginning, the response was amazing. I have been in business for over 35 years, owned several, and in my current company for over 10 years. My BIGGEST issue is when people don't communicate! Especially these days when there is just NO excuse not to. Eden's communication is stellar! Every step of the way, they let me know what was going on and where things were. Even though it's email and text (I don't mind...it's communicating...)! I got my order today, and they told me it was delivered so I could have my husband get it in the refrigerator while I was at my office. These days, it's hard to really know if online or social media, etc is the "real deal" and trust me they are! I even referred a friend and she has already placed her new order. So all that to say... they are the "REAL DEAL"!

Great All Around
