Kevin was extremely prompt in his response. And others beware, Kevin is setting the bar for professionalism. Kevin, I can only hope to have you available if I should have future questions. Eden, Kevin is an asset that you want to retain and advance. The packaging was perfect. Here in Texas we are still in the mid 90’s during the day with app. 84% humidity, I was worried that the heat would have a negative impact on the meds. Eden knows what they’re doing. My order arrived in an insulated bag wirh 3 frozen compresses around it. To say that it was received cool would be an understatement. Regards, Gary Althaus Zirretta
