Mr. B.
Two weeks, still no meds
I decided to try Eden after my wife has had good experiences with them over the past 6 months. I signed up for the 12 month plan, and they promptly charged my credit card for the $2K+, and shipped the first dose of medication. Everything worked well until they failed to ship the next batch of medication. I have already missed one dose, and will miss the second dose in 2 days. I have contacted customer service 4 times over the past 10 days, and my medication still hasn't shipped. All I get are platitudes about taking up to 7 days to ship (10+ days and no shipments), and promises to update me with a tracking number once it ships. Beginning to wonder if this Company is a scam, or a Ponzi scheme on the verge of collapse. My advice, chose a different provider. Edited to add: I provided the requested additional information within 10 minutes of Eden's response to my review. Will update if anything comes of it. October 2025 Update: Eden continues to earn a 1 star review. Over the past 8 months, they've failed to ship medication without my follow up 3 different times. Customer service is awful, and the "Chat" feature takes hours (and often days) to respond. Responses are typically generic platitudes that could have been instantly written by a chat-bot. Overall, the meds work (when they send them) but the customer service is Worst-In-Class. There are a number of other providers, I'd find another option (I know I will as soon as my prepaid annual subscription ends).

We have reached out for more information to help and make sure it is handled. We appreciate you sharing your experience, and we completely understand how frustrating and concerning this situation is. No one should have to deal with delays when it comes to their medication, especially after committing to a long-term plan. We’re truly sorry that you’ve had to reach out multiple times without a resolution. Best regards, Rajah
