This is my second review of Eden. First experience left a terrible taste in my mouth. Not only was I lied to about my 6 month plan that I purchased up front, but when reached out to about getting back on the program, they wanted to charge me MORE for what I initially paid for. I didn't even complete a full 4 months out of 6 before they pulled their bait and switch. They claimed it was bc they had to change pharmacies but still refused to hold my first rates valid. They came back with 20% off. Mkay. Now brings me to today...not only do they brag on their website it is HSA eligible, but don't tell you based on IRS guidelines a letter of medical necessity is required. They have ZERO customer service. It has been over 24 hrs since I reached out via chat and called them. No answer of course. Now my FSA is refusing to cover it bc there was a partial refund, without a letter of medical necessity. I have never had such a horrible and stressful experience. I feel like I'm getting screwed over AGAIN. BEWARE. MAKE SURE TO CHECK THE GUIDELINES. There are other companies who are far more responsive!! And you need support with this, these are MEDICAL INJECTIONS.

This review isn't about Eden as much as it is about a member of their care team. I wanted to give Deondra a 5 star review for helping me navigate through canceling my membership and helping me with navigating process after experiencing some frustrations with the email/IM systems. Deondra was very helpful resolving my problem and I appreciated her calm and professional approach to ensure I left the program with a positive experience.

This is a sketchy and dishonest company. I regret signing up for a subscription, not just because their medication did nothing, but because I can’t delete my subscription and accountPHI or remove my billing info because these features do not work. Zero stars.

Refunded an cc that is not even mine. Tried to reach out and never received an answer. Guess I’m out 300 dollars. Where did he refund. Maybe his own cc. This company is terrible and not trustworthy at all.

After trying so many things, Eden actually worked. I've lost 32 pounds, sleep better, and feel like myself again.

It was simple to join Eden and get what I need to obtain my weight loss. I had the support I needed and I feel great!
