Danifer is fantastic. She was patient with me as I had some issues I was trying to understand. She was polite and helpful. Above all these positive experiences, Danifer listened and when she told me she was going to find answers for me and call me back, she did exactly that. This is what customer service should be.

I have PCOS, Bipolar, ADHD which causes hyperfixations, and I am pre-diabetic. My health insurance would not cover a glp-1 for my PCOS or for me at all until I was “officially diabetic.” Love that. So, I started doing my research on these various compounded semaglutide companies, and ended up deciding to try Eden. There were mixed reviews about them, so I was cautious going into it. However, after using them for 4 months now, there is literally no one else I will ever use for my glp-1 meds. The customer service is BEYOND helpful, the doctors are very knowledgeable, friendly, and straightforward about what to expect. No BS. I am on my maintenance dose now, and in the time from September 28 to today, December 17, I have not only lost 30 pounds, but the way GLP-1 interacts in the brain gets rid of not only “food noise,” but suppresses “loophole thought processes” and “compulsive thought.” Because of this, my Bipolar manic episodes and ADHD hyper fixations have actually completely gone away, and I am not only managing my weight, but I have NEVER been more mentally stable. Im not obsessed about my body anymore, barely body check, and I feel amazing! I’m not going to tell you to use it to cure your mental health issues, but as someone who has tried SO many psych meds, my semaglutide has changed my life for the better in a multitude of ways. Sure, there are other places that you could use that you may be able to find it cheaper, but I would never trust anyone else other than Eden. After all, you’re injecting something into your body. I’ll spend the extra money to know I’m safe. And Eden’s doctors and customer service have continued to surprise me with their genuine kindness and compassion. They seem like they actually care about their job and the patients. I LOVE Eden!
