Just ask for Melanie B. She’s awesome.
My second shipment got delayed for a few weeks causing me to have to start over. While very frustrating, I have to give credit to the Eden employee named Melanie B. She kept me informed at every step and encouraged me to stick with the program. She went out of her way to get my problem resolved. If it wasn’t for Melanie, I would have cut this off and went to a competitor. Thanks Melanie! You are a great employee at Eden and I hope they give you the credit you deserve. I truly appreciate your help with my issues.

Melanie was very prompt in responding and closed another account that I mistakenly thought I needed. Im glad the pharmacy received the prescription and hopefully my order is filled within the 5-7 days Melanie says.
