Eden comes through again - solid support
Had to delay a shipment of an upcoming refill and chatted with customer representative Melanie B. She was extremely helpful and fast at resolving a small account issue and delaying my next refill to a time that works best for me. Although I have had a few account glitches through TryEden, the customer support has always been able to resolve these issues quickly and seamlessly.
