Fantastic customer service
I was experiencing some issues with my account and was very confused on where things stood in terms of medication I would be receiving next and shipment dates. I spoke to Erin on the phone and she was fantastic! Understood immediately what needed to be corrected and how to go about doing it. She was clear in her communication for next steps and resolved all of the confusion I was having. Really appreciated this level of customer service and can honestly say after trying other providers, the customer service with Eden is superior. Thank you Erin!!!
