Any company that takes your money before you are aware of what you are going to be prescribed is a SCAM. Don't trust the reviews!!!
Let's start with the fact that I chose this company after looking up reviews on this company and I will now never believe any review that I read. This company is pure trash. First, any company that requires you submit CC information prior to finding out what dose you will be placed should send off red flags that it's a scam. The second red flag is that there is not way to communicate with a representative from the company in person. I entered my information and picture of my prescription, and, contrary to my better judgment, entered my credit card company. I did so only because the reviews were high. The price I was finally quoted was $250+. This is higher than other online compounders but I figured that it was cheaper than a local compounder that I've been dealing with. Once I had access to the portal, I was struck with the fact that the company was going to prescribe a lower dose of the GLP1 when I've been on the highest dose with my local compounder. Since I hadn't heard from the "doctor" I figured I'd wait until the doctor reached out and ask. The doctor didn't get back to me until two days later late on Sunday night. Without confirming with me, they placed the order. BTW - once they place the order, using the same credit card you are forced to submit in order to move forward, they won't give you your money back, even if it hasn't been shipped (red flag). Of course I didn't find this out until the following morning. I messaged them at 7:30am only to find out that their support team doesn't open until 9am. When I messaged them again, stating to cancel the order and all future orders, the chat sat unattended for hours. It is 2pm and have still to chat with a customer support person. I finally got an e-mail telling me my case was closed and that my future orders were canceled, but that they wouldn't given me my money back for the initial order because it went out to the compounder. What kind of business does this? Worst part, in trying to find further information on the cancellation process I was looking at the price they were going to charge me on the next order and it was $350. First, no one told me that the price would go up. If anything, they sell themselves as being a company that doesn't charge more as the dosage increases, and here they are charging $100 more than what I was originally quoted. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
