Zee was very patient and helpful. although the issue i was having was stressful and annoying - it was nice to have someone who gave me clear, direct, honest information and instruction. she kept me in the loop and could sense my overly heightened concern over things and met me at my level to take time and explain things to me. i hope i don’t need help again, but if i do i hope Zee is the one who helps me
