Beware of TryCure

⭐️ Beware of TryCure - Aggressive Marketing and Hidden Subscriptions! The product does arrive, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say about this company. Their marketing is extremely aggressive, with seemingly fake advertisements and highly elaborate fake reviewers designed to make the product look more trustworthy than it actually is. Be very careful when placing an order! You may unknowingly sign up for a recurring subscription, and then find money being charged to your account every month without your clear, informed consent. I only wanted to make a one-time purchase, not commit to a monthly subscription. This kind of marketing is misleading and unacceptable. My advice: read every single detail before ordering, check for recurring payment terms, and monitor your bank statements carefully. Don’t be fooled by polished ads and seemingly genuine reviews. A product arriving at your door doesn’t justify deceptive marketing practices or a confusing subscription model. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Hi Tereza. We sell branded products trademarked by our company. Our reviews on Trustpilot are from real, verified customers and we have no control over what they write. Calling our advertisements fake and our reviewers “elaborate fake reviewers” is simply not true and is a serious accusation to make. Regarding the SUBSCRIPTION: you CHOSE the SUBSCRIPTION option at checkout which gave you 20% off our product. The SUBSCRIPTION details are shown on the product page (“Subscribe & Save 20%”), in your cart (“Deliver every month”), and at checkout (“Delivered every 4 weeks”). These are not HIDDEN and are very much in bolded print. If you somehow managed to not see it, blaming it on us is not ideal. Had you selected the one-time purchase option instead, you would have paid full price with no recurring charges. We also send every subscribed customer a reminder email 3 days prior to their next charge. SUBSCRIPTIONS can be canceled anytime through our website or by contacting us. In fact, once you reached out to us, we canceled your SUBSCRIPTION and REFUNDED your money in less than one hour. So we are not sure what the issue regarding that is precisely.
