Two massive red flags on my end

Two massive red flags on my end: - the website keeps saying they are Trycure products with the trademark logo, the product received is not Trycure but a copy from a factory in China (which is widely sold for a fourth of the price) - i have been charged a month after my order for another order which i have not subscribed to (if there is a tiny tiny print somewhere it was not obvious) and i have not received any emails (inbox or spam) informing me that i was about to be charged (as seen in a response from Trycure to another customer who experienced a similar recurring charge) Overall, a poor experience. Will not buy again and waiting for both a refund and confirmation that the order is cancelled.

Hey Nathalie, Let me clear up your concerns because they are utterly false, and we stand behind our company, pridefully providing a service everyone is happy with. We do not take false and inaccurate accusations lightly. We sell branded products trademarked by our company. If you have received an item that was not what you expected, it was either an old package that was rebranded or a mix-up from the courier. Which we can provide a free replacement for if this occurs and causes any disturbance, which you have not emailed us regarding. Regarding your second charge: this order you placed was placed with a SUBSCRIPTION that gave you an additional 20% off our product. The SUBSCRIPTION details were shown on the product page (“Subscribe & Save 20%”), in your cart (“Deliver every month”), and at checkout (“Delivered every 4 weeks”). These are not in tiny print and very much in bolded print. If this was something that you somehow did not see, blaming it on us is not ideal. SUBSCRIPTIONS can be canceled anytime through our website or by contacting us. We send every customer that has subscribed a reminder email 3 days prior to their second charge. Since we didn’t receive a cancellation request before then, the SUBSCRIPTION renewed as scheduled. We can assure you, if you would like your order cancelled and refunded and have reached out to us through our email, we can willingly and without hassle make this happen.
