I think cloudy is a very good product to help get relaxed and to help you get a better nights rest!

This has honestly changed my sleeping habits. Instead of just staring at the wall and hope to get some sleep I can have the gummies or diffuser and helps me get ready for bed. I don’t have to stress about not being able to fall asleep. It has helped me.

I actually really like my Cloudy. I usually think it’s not working until I wake up the next morning after a full nights rest. I start yawning immediately after using the diffuser and it has a blue light at the bottom to alert you
