Cloudy has helped me relax, and sleep better!! The melatonin diffuser relaxes my mind and body so I fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer without waking up like 20 times at night. Also, their room spray smells wonderful just like their body cream. I recommend all their products.

If I could give this company negative five stars I would. They have delivered none of my crap, They say it's delivered, I haven't gotten a return, And all of the replies are from some robot that's acting like someone called amanda. The company's absolute worthless crap. I made an order 3 months ago

The first time I used it I got tired quickly and I’m not sure how many puffs I should take to really get tired but it seems to work well.
