I ordered a pair of shoes that were too big, this company has told me to donate the larger ones and they are sending me a new pair that should fit… at no charge!!! What company does this? I’m overjoyed! Thank u Barevita, I will order from your company anytime!

To Barevita: I opened my first purchase after Labor Day, Sept 6, 2026. As far as looks, it was love at first sight! But, somehow I misjudged the size and mine were too small. So, I reached out to Customer Support, and the manager, Emma Collins answered right back. She said she would calculate the size that she felt would fit, and, if I agreed, they would send a replacement pair, that size. They arrived, I tried them on, they fit perfectly and I wore them to an appointment Monday! (even received a compliment!) ☺️   I’m thrilled! Emma was correct about the size! I took a photo of them before I got ready for bed last night, so I could send it to her Tuesday!  Barevita’s customer support was OUTSTANDING! Thank you, Emma! Best regards,  Carol,Morris  P.S. Love these shoes - I have wide feet and these are perfect- plenty of room for my toes to move . Very happy with this purchase.

Really wanted to love it. Find it difficult to pull on over my heel. Heel totally collapses. Tried a shoehorn but doesn’t help much. Had hoped they would be more like a slip on with the ability to tighten if needed. The shoe I’m seeing today on your website has a side zipper. I don’t have a side zipper on the pair I just bought.

At first I ordered a size 6.5 (EU 37) of the Ava, a moccasin style. My regular size is a 7, depending on the brand of shoes. They were too big. Not wanting to return them, I sent an email to their support about an exchange for a smaller size. They responded quickly and are sending the smaller size. The shoes are beautiful and well made. I found the customer service to be very responsive and friendly. I will purchase from this company again.
