The shoes are distinctive and comfortable. There was a glitch in the prompt confirmation and the customer service response was prompt, courteous and effective.

I had an issue with my order and it was resolved quickly and easily. I really appreciate all they did for me.

The shopping/browsing at all the beautiful shoe designs were astonishing. I was having a difficult time trying to decide which ones I wanted the most. The quality of the shoes was beautiful. I got my order, but I just could not get them on since I have wide feet. I emailed Barevita and told them, while the shoes were so awesome, I would not be able to wear them and could I return them. They were on top of this and immediately responded to my problem. My window of return time was expended (due to me losing track of time) and they offered me a 30% refund on my purchase and suggested gifting the shoes rather than return them. I asked them if in the future they might consider making shoes for those of us who might take a wider size and they said that they will take the consideration and pass it on. I am excited if they do! I loved those darn shoes! The customer service that they displayed was phenomenal and you don't see that much when you shop on-line. They have me hooked for sure! Wonderful vendor to work with. I am so impressed. Thank you Barevita. I am donating my two pairs of shoes to our local homeless shelter. Keep up the good work!! Gloria

Although I had an issue with the fit of the shoes I ordered, the customer service was quick to respond and offer suggestion for a replacement. If only other businesses handled customers issues the way Barevita does the world would be a happier place. Can’t think you enough for being so helpful. I am now a customer for life.

I contacted Barevita just to say I loved the shoes I purchased, but didn't think the step-in feature was true step-in. Emma at Barevita offered me a complimentary pair of shoes (in whatever style I chose) and asked that I keep also keep the pair I purchased. Couldn't ask for better customer service than that! Will definitely share Barevita with others and continue to purchase from them myself!

I ordered from Barevita Footwear, for first time. The thing I love the most about them is how much they stay in contact with each from start to finish. All the responses I received within a short amount of time. They wanted to know how or my experience with the shoes. After explaining the problem I had with my right foot vs left foot. I appreciate the information n time they took to help me to fix the problem. Something I never had experience before. As I said to them if I had to grade them it would definitely be A+.
