I made the mistake of ordering little boots from Bear I made the mistake of ordering little booties from BareVita! Their customer service is terrible. I tried them on when they arrived and they felt terrible. They were way too big and hit my ankle bone I wrote to the customer service and they said I don’t have to return them but they will give me 30% of my money back so that leaves me out $50 for shoes I cannot wear. The shoes were guaranteed to be comfortable I don’t know what a guarantee means, but I thought it would mean if they weren’t comfortable, I would be able to get my money back when I went online to read other reviews they mirrored exactly what I had gone through. So I don’t know how they got 4.6 score. They lie they are unreliable and their shoes are horrible.

Purchased 2 pair at the same time. They arrived and the fit and quality wasn’t that great. Tried to get a refund….they first offered to send new shoes (like I wanted that), then the first offer when I stated I wanted to return the shoes was 30% back on $119.90 spent…when I said I wasn’t happy they offered a 50% refund as their final offer. I then said I would send the shoes back for a full refund and didn’t hear back from them. I did tell them if they were selling shoes in the US they needed a better return process. I just sent a message say I would take the 50% return. Who knows if that will happen. About 5 hours later, They sent message back they would process the 50% refund. Buyers beware!!!! I wouldn’t recommend this company at all. Being a senior on a fixed income and not being able to get a full refund, just isn’t good business, nor is it good customer service.

Be aware if you need to return these shoes, the most you’re gonna get back is 50% that you paid for them. They don’t give you a full refund because they make you pay for the shipping to China. I would also say that the quality of the shoe was not very good.

Order BF3413125 SCAM!! No money back guarantee as stated. $69.99 for a shoe it took forever to get on my foot. No sole or footbed support. I was offered a 30% refund * keep the shoes. So if you’re not sure you'll keep them...walk on by.

The shoes were hard to get on. And they were high on my foot. I tried to return for a full refund. I was told I would have to send them to their overseas warehouse at my expense or I could keep their shoes and receive a 50% refund. They were unable to give me a quote on the postage. When a company advertises a 100% guarantee I do not expect to have to keep their shoes and only receive a 50% refund. Please be careful ordering from this company.

Poorly made and poorly fitting shoes. Return policy is misleading since return shipping is so expensive it’s not worth it. Refund of 30% offered. I feel ripped of and will not use this company again.

I placed an order on August 15th, and they were delivered on August 30th. The shoes were wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a poly bag. Not in a cute bag like the pictures on the website. One shoe arrived bent and damaged, and the details and color didn't look AT ALL like the pictures on the website. I requested a refund. They offered to replace the shoes if I paid another $15.00 for shipping. I declined and requested a full refund. I was then offered a 30% refund in lieu of returning the shoes. I declined. They upped it to 50%. Again, I declined. I just wanted my full refund. This is what they said in the email: "Returning items to our overseas warehouse can take several weeks and involve significant shipping costs on your end." This company chose to have its products made in China. While they are reaping the benefits of lower-cost materials and labor, they aren't willing to extend those savings to their customers. Buyer beware: the 'money-back guarantee' is not what it seems. If something goes wrong, you may be stuck paying international shipping to China just to get your own money back.
