This was my first time purchasing Barevita footwear, and I’m very happy with my experience! The shoes are fantastic, super comfortable, and truly deliver the barefoot feel they promise. Unfortunately, the size 10.5 I originally ordered didn’t fit properly, so I contacted customer support. They were absolutely wonderful and offered to send me a size 11 without any hassle or requiring me to return the original pair. I just received my new pair, and the fit is perfect! I really appreciate how helpful and accommodating their customer service team was. Barevita makes great footwear and truly cares about its customers. I highly recommend this brand and would definitely buy from them again!

I ordered shoes that my mom wanted and they were too hard for her to put on she is 85 and hard for her to bend over. Emma was very helpful and communicated every step of the way. We will definitely order shoes from Barevita again

I ordered a pair of shoes, but my arches were too high to wear them. I talked to customer service and got a different shoe design. The shoes are awesome. Customer service was easy to work with and quickly sent my new shoes. This is a very good company. I would highly recommend them.

I couldn't believe that someone took the time to make sure I got the right shoe. I'm glad I didn't have to send the wrong size shoes back (what a hassle). Customer service was top notch!

I received my Barevita Mia shoes and tried them on. The fit wasn't quite right. Needed a little more toe room. I requested a larger size and got an immediate reply back that they were sending me the newly requested size at no charge. They also stated that I did not need to return the original shoes, that I could keep them or donate them to charity. Great customer service.

Be aware if you need to return these shoes, the most you’re gonna get back is 50% that you paid for them. They don’t give you a full refund because they make you pay for the shipping to China. I would also say that the quality of the shoe was not very good.

The customer service of Barevita staff is great and they get back to the customer quickly and they are very helpful. While I did experience a problem with the left shoe, of the first pair, they've been very kind to send a replacement pair in a different style. I am waiting eagerly for the new shoes to arrive!
