Quick action resolving sizing issue
The size I ordered was too small. I reached out to the company and they quickly resolved my issue by sending a larger size.

Poorly made and poorly fitting shoes
Poorly made and poorly fitting shoes. Return policy is misleading since return shipping is so expensive it’s not worth it. Refund of 30% offered. I feel ripped of and will not use this company again.

After reviewing your case, we offered several alternatives to help avoid the cost and inconvenience of an overseas return, including a complimentary replacement in a different size or style, store credit, and a partial refund. I ordered 2 pairs of these shoes
I ordered 2 pairs of these shoes. It took 3 months to decide whether to order or not. I am skeptical of Facebook ads. I ordered it shipped promptly and received within a weekish. When I opened my package I was so excited, the smell of my shoes brought back memories of my first pair of Buster Brown shoes from Gimbels! Shoes are very stylish and comfy! But for my 65 year old feet a bit snug. I have wide feet and large toe width. I immediately knew I wanted a size up for my foot issues. I quickly reached out at around 4pm central time and a representative emailed immediately back. Emma explained my options for replacement and I agreed . For an additional $20 to cover shipping and handling for both pairs they processed my exchange and shoes have shipped. All this in less than 1 days! Almost forgot that Emma said to keep the wrong size I ordered, who does that! I excitedly donated those pairs to my church for others to enjoy. I will definitely order from them again. The best customer service along with very attractive shoes! Thank you Barevita, I am a very happy grandma! Grandma Pattie Golner

I had an absolutely wonderful…
I had an absolutely wonderful experience with this company. I ordered an 8 1/2 of their Sport shoe which turned out to be just a wee bit too small. I contacted their customer service and they told me to keep them and that they would send me a 9 free of charge. I love these shoes. They are comfy, well made and stylish!
