I also put in an order and have not received the product. I haven't received a tracking notice, shipping notice, order confirmation, NOTHING. Except my credit card was charged. There is no phone number to call and they don't respond back to my emails. Will be contacting my credit card to reimburse.

I ordered 16 days ago and product still has not shipped. It sounds like they don't have the proper infrastructure for order fulfillment. They sent an email letting me know they are moving to a bigger warehouse and they will be on track soon. They should probably scale back on social media marketing. The more people ordering the worse it will get for them, Customers will never order from them again. There is too much competition coming online everyday in this space. I wish them luck but I won't be ordering from them again.

Scammers. They don’t have process for cancel undelivered orders after 12 days no shipping nothing… they don’t answer the request to cancel and refund on the email stated in refund policy… total scam (do not share ur card details with this scammer)

I ordered my product March 28, 2023. As of today, April12, 2023,I have yet to receive my product. I reached out to their customer help on their website twice asking why my product had not shipped. I received no answer. I wrote a 1 star review on their website and receive a placated email response which didn’t answer my question. The review never did show up on their website. I have a screen shot that my product is in Orlando, Fl shipping. It’s been saying that for an awhile.

Auri has either too many sales to care about replying to customers or they just don't care at all. 7 days later and no reply. 7 days later, my card has been charged $171 and no order has been shipped, they don't reply to email or DM or even reply to comments on their Facebook or Instagram posts. Are they closed for good? Taking a vacation or just don't care to reply?

I bought these hoping for some mental clarity, energy, really anything that would just be an improvement from my current vitamins. I literally felt nothing. $45 down the drain I guess. Live and learn.
