I find the gummies to be a bit too sweet. However I do like them. It looks like you are already shipping me more. Can you confirm that? If so, I don't believe i signed up for auto ship or any kind of subscription. Please verify as I generally don't do business with companies that put me on a subscription without my knowledge. 5 star product 1 star company experience = 3 stars. Auri Subscription Cancellation — Very Disappointing I like Auri’s product and have recommended it to friends. I simply wanted to stop the automatic subscription and continue purchasing the product when I wanted it. I contacted Auri more than once and was told they could not cancel it for me and that I had to cancel through their online portal. I followed their instructions, but the portal sends me through page after page of sales offers and ultimately back to a page asking for my email address again. It is a vicious circle that does not make cancellations easy. My account shows another $79.98 order scheduled for September 6, 2026. I should not have to fight through a sales funnel to cancel an automatic subscription. If you make it easy to subscribe, you should make it just as easy to cancel. I still want the product. I just don’t want the subscription.

I take so many supplements for stress relief/better sleep, I don't really know what effect these gummies are having, but I'm willing to keep taking them for another couple months. when I was charged for a further 3 months after just 30 days, I objected, wrote to Auri and got quick response and a credit -- so kudos for good customer service but the jury's still out on product effectiveness.

I ordered the product and it came quickly. Unfortunately, I had a negative reaction. It actually made me sleepy and feeling like I was drugged. I had no illusions that the product would work for everyone. I was able to get my subscription cancelled, no problem. I will say that the the gummies tasted great. I wish I had the same reaction as others have experienced. So I gave it three stars, great customer service, great taste, but the product didn't work for me.

I liked the product but did not experience any obvious benefits. My issue was with the cancellation process. I really had to dig into the website to cancel the subscription. It was anything but intuitive and if I didn't know my way around a web page I would never have found it.

I take these when I am leaving for work at 4:30 am in the morning. I do not notice any difference than if I didn’t take them. The one difference I do notice is they make me crash right around 7 P.M. every night. If I do not take them most nights I am awake until around 10 P.M. would I recommend these no. Only because they make me fall asleep 3 hours earlier than I would if I am not taken them.
