I ordered about 3 weeks ago. After 5 days of no “tracking details “ email, I contacted support via email. I got a reply that the warehouse was moving to a different facility and that my order would be moved to priority. Here we are another week later and still no package in my hot little hands. I was so looking forward to using this product. I can’t believe that I fell for all the hyped up adds and false reviews. I will try to get a refund but I am not holding my breath. So so disappointed. Do not order from this company.

I was charged for my monthly shipment two weeks ago never got a notification that it had been shipped so I reached out via email. They got back to me once and now I have followed up twice and they are ghosting. I’ve already been charged for the product and now they’re ignoring my emails. These people have my payment information on file, this is concerning.

Well I can’t tell you about them because more than two weeks after ordering, I still haven’t received them!! I sent an email last week and was told they were moving warehouses and would send them out priority- a week went by still nothing. This feels increasingly like a scam to me!!!

They charged my credit card three weeks ago for over $50, but they still haven't shipped. i fear this is a scam and all the "good" reviews are from their company. I'll be glad to change this review if/when they ship..... but I think they are just collecting money and have no product to ship, DIsappointed.
