I had the same issue with shipping however when I emailed I got an email promptly telling me about moving warehouses. They gave a a choice to cancel but I was excited to try and I am glad I did. I have had them a couple of days and can already tell a difference in how I feel. They kept in touch with me the whole time. I can’t wait to see how I feel in a couple of weeks. Give them a break and give them a try.

It took 3 weeks to receive. It took 1 week for customer service to respond to me. Customer service was very professional and sincerely apologetic. We corresponded back and forth. Demand appears to be very high. I'll see if there's any difference in 30 days. Thank you Auri and thank you Stephanie with customer service!

I placed my order on April 5, 2023. I emailed several times inquiring about delivery of my order. You promise on your website 3-5 days. I was given the excuse that it was delayed due to warehouse move. That my order would be sent priority due to the delay. It is now May 4 and I was informed my order was shipped on May 1. I called the carrier for delivery and was told that I would not receive my order til May 9. That is 35 days. Was not sent priority. You have lied several times to me. You have proven that your business ethics are not what you promise and are unacceptable. I would not even give you a "1". My treatment for ordering your product has been a stressful, disappointing, and heart breaking.

Save your time and money, and don't purchase anything from Auri Nutrition. They need to learn how to serve customers by delivering products promptly. I had a similar experience as others posted about Auri Nutrition, and it's no wonder this company doesn't have a Twitter feed. If they did, they'd be out of business by now.

I have been assured my gummies were delivered. They were not. There is no contact phone and I have used the text number they provided. No response. Had I known there was no way to quickly contact them I would not have ordered. At this juncture I just want my money back.

I’ve signed up for a subscription of gummies and have since been billed twice and have JUST received my first order. The lapses between when my supply ended to getting a new shipment has been an entire month. This defeats the purpose of a subscription service. If I continue to experience such delays in shipment, I will be subscribing with another company.

Not seeing much for results, your advertising puts bar pretty high

They do take a long to deliver, I have received my order in about 15 days, and so far day 1, these are great, I haven't felt any work fatigued, I usually get drowsy after eating my lunch, and didn't experience any drowsiness. I probably wouldn't recommend doing month auto-pay since everyone is experiencing a longer ship time.
