Great product, first thing I grab in morning before hitting the gym, noticed big difference in performance, recall, concentration/focus!!!

I placed an order that pended in my bank several days until Jan. 2 when it cleared. Have never received an order confirmation or a way to track my order. Only auto replies to email inquiries. I am getting many ad emails each day. I want confirmation of my order and the products which I paid for. IT IS NOW Jan. 20 and ADDING to this post. I STILL have not received a call back or an email. My inbox is jammed with advertising from Auri and have received auto replies. MY ISSUE HAS STILL NOT BEEN ADDRESSED BY A REAL PERSON. ENTRY 3, JAN 21. STILL NO RESPONSE. MAYBE THEY DON'T CHECK REVIEWS, EMAIL OR VOICEMAIL???

My order just hasnt showed up and it’s been over a month. Customer service is not responding to anything. At this point. They basically just stole $200 from me. Shop elsewhere for this type of product. Lots out there.

Haven’t ordered and won’t. Companies with no real customer support have no business being in business. 🫵🏻

I've been taking these for about a year and a half now. You won't notice it right away, but if you take them everyday for a month you might start to see it's effects! I thought it would've been placebo, but after going off them, I didn't notice anything different, went back on them, HUGE difference!! Especially if I mix up when in the day I take them. The effects will only get stronger/more noticeable the longer you've been consistently taking them! It is great for brain health and functioning!

Did not receive 2 of the items promised when I placed the order and included in the invoice - they were free, but they influenced my decision to buy. Customer service is non-existent. No phone number to call and only receive robo responses to my emails without anybody replying with an answer to my question.

Love the products ! Customer service needs a little tweaking with accessibility to communicate however when m issue was addressed it was looked after immediately. I recommend this product because of the speedy response

The product was good. I don't know if they ll change the quality but my first order I was waiting for too long. I ordered two bottles of lions mane and one of different mushroom. The one bottle was send by mistake. Now I was charged for one bottle of Lions mane on December 30 that I never ordered. I never sighted for an automatic ordered as well. I want my money back for order #3254976722 which I never placed and I want a refund for a one bottle of Previous order and my information including all billing info of my card, my address be arise from your system and Unsubscribe me please.
