First of all, their website is not clear about the product being shipped from the US. As a result, I had to pay 40 EUR extra customs on a 80 EUR order. On the top of that, the product was never delivered. And worst of all, eve though I contacted the customers center several times to find a solution they just ignored my emails. 120 EUR spent on learning a valuable lesson.

I would put a 0 rating if I could. This company will not contact me back, I was in the hospital from this product and they are waiting your 60 days to contact me and charge my credit card. If anyone has a way to contact them? I’ve been waiting for 4 weeks and no reply. Help?

It was never made obvious that I was signing up for a subscription. In fact I didn't know that until I was charged for another order. 4 emails went out, starting on January 9th. No response. I finally looked them up on Facebook. I left a very unkind message for the public to read. I got a response from that post via Messenger in less than 3 hours. I went to the order page and after a great deal of looking around, finally found the CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION link. Which I did. The money was refunded to me in less than 5 hours. It just cleared my bank. I just went back and deleted my credit card information. I am not being allowed to post the Facebook link that is active. (There seems to be 2 other Auri pages, but only one seems to be actively monitored.) I also gave them 3 business days to fix this, or that I would be submitting a complaint about them to the Better Business Bureau and the state Attorney General. I was contacted very quickly.

Gummies did the opposite of what they claim to do. I have written multiple emails going on two weeks now still have not got a response. They offer a 100% moneyback guarantee, but they have to actually check their messages and send it. This feels like a scam.

The product is great (at least the gummies were) but the elixir bottles were sent in a bag and were broken. I've been trying to get a refund or get new ones for the last 5 weeks. I got one email saying they had a lot of emails to respond to, and they have been radio silent. HORRIBLE customer service. They take your money and don't care about if it's delivered in tact.

DO NOT BUY !!! I ordered early december and NEVER received my order. Tracking just says "En Route". Emailed SIX times and only got automated answers saying they have high levels of claims (no kidding...). No one ever wrote back. Commented on their ads but no replies and comment erased !!! 😡😡😡😡😡

These did nothing for me...trying to cancel subscription through email, the company responded they were really busy. So I stopped payment through my bank account...they can keep mailing them but they know they are not getting paid. I would call this a scam

Mushroom gummies are great and help with focus and getting my work done! The customer service is also great and I recommend Auri to anyone interested in alternative products!
