Followed an ad on social media. Company misleads consumers and a product purchase is actually a subscription service (NOT A ONE TIME PURCHASE). Thought I was trying a product. Instead I received a bombardment of marketing emails and texts. Next I had to wade through page after page on the company website to find a way to cancel the subscription (again, that I didn't know I signed up for). Shipping is very slow, 10 days since order and have received nothing but texts and discount offers to keep buying their products.

This is a scam, you do not get what you order, and then they put you on monthly payment from your card, and it is not possible to get hold on them.

I like the products but the subscription deliveries are a bit of a nightmare. Right now I have 2 charges on my bank card that went through yet I continue to get texts from the company saying payment failed click here to update card. I have 2 perfectly good cards on shop pay. So in email I was told by Jericho that my choice was out of stock. So I went on the site and ordered another type of their gummies and told the company I still wanted both bags. That I had set up a second subscription. They responded saying they cancelled my script. So I went on again after Jericho told me they canceled because they were out of stock. So I went on the order site again and ordered 2 bags of focus gummies. The payments were charged to my bank account. Yet I got another text telling me to go update my card that payment failed, which is NOT true. So as of today they have the money for 2 bags I have not received.

I have been taking the daily gummies for (3 months) now, which I feel you need to try anything that long to see how it works. I feel great no ups or downs just feel good. :) I also do not sleep well (have sleep apnea) so after trying the daily gummies I tried the Chill Gummies about an hour before bed. They are perfect for winding down! Now I will be trying focus gummies. Customer services responds quickly for questions.

Very dissapointed. I have now spent close to $2000 on these mushroom gummies. I had it on a subscription but had to stop for as while. When I received my next ordered that ?I forgot to postpone I requested a return on that shipment. Customer service responded with "I would like to reiterate that we do not cover shipping charges because we usually do not accept returns," on their site it specifies 60-day no question 100% full money back gurantee. When I sent a screen shot she replied. "Please note that our 60-day money-back guarantee is only applicable to your first order." No where on their site does it state first order only. With tthis deception I now worry asbout the quality of the product and will throw it all away as lesson learned. BUYER BE WARE!!!!!!

The mushrooms are yummy. Unfortunately, they triggered my histamine intolerance and gave me a rash. I didn’t expect that. I reached out to customer support twice over 2 weeks ago but haven’t received any response. Whether they accept my request or not, I would have appreciated at least an acknowledgment. Disappointed in the lack of communication.

I believe it’s a scam. First, when I bought my first order, the order confirmation said I was signed up for a subscription. I never signed up for any subscription. Just a one time purchase. Secondly, immediately after my first order, I was getting bombed with SOOOOO many emails every day from them with language like act now to receive this exclusive offer to buy MORE. I immediately emailed customer service to ask them to shut off the monthly subscription (which they say they did), and to ask if they would stop the email assault. But the emails and the emails kept coming. I emailed them asking them to cancel my order because of their behavior and I never heard back. I believe this is not a legit product just based on the hyper aggressiveness in marketing and unethical ordering practices at the very least, if not possible illegal practices at worst. As soon as my order comes off pending mode I am going to dispute it with my credit card. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS COMPANY!
