Excellent product and service! Beautiful pastry, very fresh with large pistachios, not overly sweet. Wonderful taste, a delicious treat to enjoy with a cup of Turkish coffee. I shall purchase again. Many thanks

My brother loved the baklava but he had to go to FED X to pick it up since they were unable for some reason unkn to delivery to the post office.

This website is a scam. I placed an order for overnight delivery, company charged my card, never received a confirmation email. When I went to the website and typed in the order number, it came back that the order doesn’t exist. Have sent multiple emails with no response, so disputing with cc company. Update: credit card company gave me the number that they have on file with the merchant. I called and the number is not in service.

Terrible Experience – Avoid Aladin and Helmy! We placed an order (#31005) on March 12, 2025, with a promised 7-day delivery. It’s now March 25, and we still haven’t received our order! We have a party today, and the Dubai chocolate we paid for never arrived. We tried contacting them multiple times, but they just ignored us, making excuses and saying, “Tomorrow it will ship” over and over again. They took our money and never delivered! If you want stress, lies, and missing products, go ahead and order from them. Otherwise, stay far away from this company and Helmy!

Dear Elias, we’re truly sorry your experience was such a letdown—this isn’t the standard we promise or accept. Your feedback is being taken seriously, and we’re actively reviewing what went wrong to make it right. Please reach out one more time with your order number so we can resolve this properly.❤️

We're truly sorry for the shipping mess—it’s frustrating, and you had every right to expect better. While we're glad your refund was processed, we wish your experience had been smooth from the start. We’re working hard to improve our logistics and hope we’ll have a chance to do right by you in the future. ❤️
