AladdinReviews of tryaladdin.com

I would give zero stars if that was N option. I placed an order on August 5,2026 for a 6 pack of pistachio sauce and it has not been delivered. I tried to call and emailed twice with no response at all. I do believe this company is a scam at this point and would warn anyone not to order. I am so incredibly disappointed!

I order chocolate for my girlfriend on August 29th, so it been over a month at this point and it still has not shipped. I ordered the best shipping option they had and have contacted customer service twice and have still no update as to when my order will be shipped. Very displeased and feel scammed.

Amazing Product! I really love this product! I purchased this wonderful collagen after finding it on the company’s website, and I’m so happy with my experience. I think it’s great for supporting healthy-looking skin, strong nails, and beautiful hair, while also providing additional vitamins and nutrients that are beneficial for overall health. I especially like that it contains collagen along with several other helpful vitamins. And the taste is amazing—it makes it so easy and enjoyable to take every day. Even though the product was shipped from Turkey, which is quite far from where I live, and I had never ordered products from Turkey before, everything went very smoothly. The collagen was delivered quickly, and I was especially impressed with the customer service. They responded to me quickly, were very helpful, and assisted me throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this product and this website. They have many interesting products to choose from, and my experience with both the product and the customer service was excellent. I will definitely order again!

Got two 12” pizzas. One meat feast and one vegetable and my vegetable pizza had hardly any veg on it. The pizza is tasty but it costs nothing to pile the veggies on especially for £12 a pop!

Good customer service Very responsive Recommend

They are pretty good on timing and price both!

I placed order with Aladdin, and has now been waiting for more than a month without being shipped. I have contacted customer service multiple times. Each time, I was told that my orders had been marked as “Priority”, but despite these assurances, there has been no actual shipment and no tracking information. At this point, “Priority” appears to mean nothing, as there has been no meaningful action or progress on my orders.

I am very disappointed. I made an order on 28.07 with 7-day delivery. 7 days later there was no update and the answer I got from support was to wait. Another week later, upon contacting support again, they admitted they will not be able to fulfill the order and refunded it. I just lost 2 weeks waiting for nothing!
