Thank you Alice was a good represantitive

My name is Phyllis Maynard!! This was my first time using your site in attempting to book a flight. My agent, your employee, Alice was WONDERFUL - very patient/unhurried/made me feel VERY valued as a customer, very helpful-- 5☆☆☆☆☆ !!! As it turns out the card I was using was no longer valid causing my reservation to not go through totally on the website. When I called I got Alice, promptly & I am thankful!! She explained the situation then actually called me BACK a couple of times to check on my progress/intentions on securing my Reservation!! And I could tell she was genuinely trying to take care of my needs & NOT just "make a sell"!! Thank you, Alice for helping to restore & renew my Faith in Customer Service -- TRUE Customer Service!!! You were a Blessing to me & a joy to deal with!!! Can you possibly give Walmart & so many other Stores/Institutions Lessons on Customer Service!! Thank you again for all your help & concern!! And thank you RateTrust for allowing me to share my encounter with her !! Do everything you can to KEEP her !!!
