It was definitely a slow process. Something I thought should’ve moved quickly, didn’t. The wait on the response from the nifty side was slow, took days. Oh and they don’t work weekends so there’s that. Marcus was great at answering the questions that he could.

The human part of the process was great, good follow up support but the app is very clunky. Very hard to upload documents and the remote notary signing has the same issues. However the rate was good and I would recommend the service.

The sales rep was great and very helpful. Everyone else was slow to process anything taking a full week at a time to process a document. Then getting help with funding was even worse. I was 2 days late after funding was supposed to happen. Not going to receive funds will possibly after 5-6 days. I’m wondering if the 7 days of mandatory interest starts as soon as I get the money or if I just got scammed by the company. Overall not helpful with much. Hard to get ahold of anyone except the sales rep.
