Really wonderful experience. I think one of the things i liked most was a unified text between all parties/departments within Truss and myself. The entire team could see the progress and I could communicate very easily with everyone at the same time. Highly Recommend

Overall, I finally got the HELOC my wife and I had applied for, and I am grateful for it. However, the use of an AI chatbot which didn't fulfill requests I made was totally disrespectful and unprofessional. This AI chatbot was useless when I needed accurate information.
