Great Service there, the workers are always welcoming and nice. Every shop I have been into has been extremely pleasant!! the killer for me: how much waste is involved. I really don’t see a reason why they can’t offer some type of recycling program for packaging. SO MUCH PLASTIC >:((!!! TOO MUCH really. Hopefully more people will start making noise about this or hopefully Trulieve will start caring about the future of our planet <3

As I just stated to the“Customer Service” rep I talked to about YET ANOTHER MESSED UP ORDER - we reply on disperancies to help us with meidcal issues and their lack of competence makes it difficult to do this. I shouldn’t have a call from a rep that was CLUELESS and LIED about every question I asked!! Discounts don’t keep business coming back to incompetent idividuals dispensing as they chosse!

Trulieve has been out of products that I use for many months now. It took quite some time to find which products worked best for me and now I can't even get the stuff at any of their locations. The excuse I have been getting is the third party that tests and verifies the products is behind because NOW other companies have to have testing done as well so it puts the independent testers behind. REALLY? This has been going on way too long to blame someone else. I am now back at the beginning to figure out what else will work for me. My neighbor used Trulieve when she first got her card, at my recommendation, but she switched to another dispensary that always has products available. She tried getting me to switch but I am a loyal person so I chose to stay with Trulieve but this is ridiculous having to wait months for products and then start all over again. I guess it is time to switch to a company that can handle product demand. Very disappointed in Trulieve.

The products are good but the process of ordering and buying is terrible. The website has been broken for many weeks. It keeps “loading” and is almost impossible to order online. The Venice location is almost always out of stock on many products. If you do manage to place an order, you still have to wait at the dispensary a long time to be called to get your order. Very frustrating. Too bad because they’re close to where I live.

The Trulieve website is a joke. You either order product from the website(shown in stock) and get there and it's not in stock or you try to order from website and it shows the product NOT in stock, but when you get there, it's IN stock. Been like this for 6 months. New website look didn't help at all.

This is the third time that I have gone to truelieve to pick up ground after ordering and receiving a confirmation and when I get to the store they do not have the ground or my order it’s not like the store is right around the corner and it is an inconvenient when you have to wait so long and not receive what you ordered and got a confirmation number four very poor service! Oh and let me also state how they come up with every excuse as to why they do not have your order any longer it was a mistake or we ran out it’s always an excuse to cover what they do

It's sad because I really like the product here the best which is why I'm even giving 2 stars however, the employees are literally the RUDEST in the business!! Every other dispensary I've been to the employees are so friendly and helpful! And it's like this at every location I've been to thus far!! Another thing is I have to drive to the store constantly because the website is always inaccurate and says there is no product at all and it takes almost an hour to speak to anyone at the call center!!

I truly hope the Sarasota store gets more organized and better customer service at the front desk. I have been going to that location for two years and the wait times haven’t improved and the customer service at the front desk is the reason I walked out today without purchasing. It appears this store has grown, which is great, but they need to get much more organized. The wait times are extremely long and if you place an online order you can’t modify it once you’re there, unlike their competitors. The people that work at the front desk are the patients first point of contract so it’s important to have the right people staffed in the right positions. I hope this location improves. I do enjoy their products but it’s a lot of aggravation and so time consuming, it shouldn’t be like that.
