Not only have they been on point every step of the delivery by texting and calling, they are very personable and anxious to help in answering any questions or concern. They clearly love their jobs. Amanda S at Brandon Location helped me. The staff is always very friendly and amazing with my twins. I have to bring my 3 year old twins with me 90% of the time and they are always accommodating to them as well with smiles and sometimes stickers or candy. The wait time is rarely past 10 minutes. They are very educated in all areas and normally all my questions are answered right away without having to ask anyone else. They have the best quality products for the best price around. I would definitely recommend this place.

I have been a customer of the Ft. Lauderdale store since it opened, before Covid-19 and was always a satisfied customer. Since Covid, I have switched to delivery which is convenient but was getting to be too long of a wait, 2-3 days for my order to arrive. So, I ordered online to go pick-up and today was my day to arrive. I did the mobile check-in and walked in, the ladies at the intake desk knew my name and saw that I checked in, so I sat and waited for about 10 mins, which is a normal wait from my experience. Then to my surprise, Rudy was my associate to check out with and he has always been very nice and attentive. Today was no different as Rudy chatted with me and made me feel at ease during my first Covid visit to the store. Thank you Rudy, and I definitely will pick-up again. You are a gem and I hope they know it there! The process has been adjusted for everyone's safety and I appreciate the new systems that were put in place. Good job Trulieve!

Fort walton fl store has very poor customer service. I have been shorted flower that was paid for 3 days ago, still waiting for phone call to make it right. I'm out the money and the product, Fort walton fl store fixed the problem with great customer service
