Trulieve has set up their system so they can steal cannabis from people (they even make sure to do it only on days I actually do come in). There's around 3/4 oz missing from what I'm supposed to have, leaving me without any medication for the holidays, actually, 3 weeks. We need to replace these people and the system they have set up. And no, it's not necessarily the people in the store, it's the system.

Basically, all the people who gripe about, no products available, not getting delivered what they order, no bud, no edibles etc, have hit the nail on the head. There is NO customer service, no response to emails, phone calls, no results from sitting online to chat with some one for help. I am a stock holder and wonder what kind of lies are being told to help keep up their stock price. I as a customer think this company is what Andrew Left called it a couple of years ago.... The biggest scam and fraud out there.

The most incompetent company. Never has any product, and I have been waiting 7 days to hear anything about my last order. Called three times, same old company lines. String along patients who need meds to keep fast growth despite other options. Finally checked out Rise...10 minutes and picking up product on Monday. Trulieve can go to hell!

They cancel orders if they are out of ONE of the products you ordered. They won't even deliver what they do have in stock.. No calls no nothing. This happens all the time. All the time. The worst customer service on the planet.

Absolutely the WORST customer service in the industry. A bottom line focused company that does nothing to make for a satisfactory buying experience. Every step in the transaction involves waiting. Calling the "call center" took 26 minutes on hold today, and resulted in NO satisfaction because the "call center" can't speak to the dispensaries. I placed an order 21 hours ago and have not yet been notified that it's ready. Good product though, after a fight to get it.

They blocked or deleted my comments. Place hasn't changed and has gotten worse. Website all screwed up. Keep promising improvements lol. Better to let someone take over who knows what they are doing and stop jerking patients around.

I have ordered online several times simply because the wait to shop line is ALWAYS OVER 2 HOURS! Well guess what? My order that I placed in Nov- syill processing - made an order early this am before they opened still processing 6 hours later- tried to chat online with someone they said that it can take till the close of business! What? It truly makes me appreciate the other choices I have in town AVOID THE FORT WALTON LOCATION! RUDE NO HELP AND YOU WAIT FOREVER TO BE TOLD IT IS OUT OF STOCK ECT... And forget online its worse!

Went there on ground day. The computers weren’t working as happens often. They charged me twice for my order. They tried to credit my account instead of giving me my money. When I said no all of a sudden it’s going to take overnight for them to research!!! TRULIEVE IS TERRIBKE!!! Curaleaf here I come!!!
