St Augustine is a dirty hole, so I tried ordering online. This sucks too. If they sold burgers, they wouldn’t make it a week in business. Fortunately for them, the product is in so much demand that even a sorry business model and non-existent customer service won’t stop them from making a profit. I’ve been on hold for 12 minutes, and you listen to the same song for that whole time. Just couldn’t suck enough

Would be lower but only 1 star for poor service, the hostess was in her own world chatting inappropriately with some patients, 1/2 an hour with me and only 1 other guy until 26 minutes went by and 2 other people came in. When I finally got in they did not have my product at the price that was advertised. I can say if Logan was managing it would not have been this way.

If i get product delivered, its days late. If i order then its far from what i order. If i walk in im blatantly disrespected. Just bad... Just today i ordered flower advertised at 28% when i picked it up it 16% and apparently because im at my 2 and half i cant even exchange.. So im with a headache product or no MEDICINE at all..

Dillon has no personality. Told me I couldn’t use my SNAP discount two secs later the manager told him he most certainly could. He acted like I was bothering him when I went to get more items. And he couldn’t stop talking to Mateo about stcikers

Don’t go with Trulieve they suck and steal peoples money. They are the worst and make you wait 4 hrs in a waiting room for medication. What type of place is this? PTSD yup you’ll get that when you deal with Trulieve. Steer away!!!!!

Trulieve has a pathetic website that is not tied in any way to the Tallahassee store inventory. Three orders in a row of ground flower fails. Got text acknowledging my order but NEVER a text to say order filled or one that says items are sold out. Today they told me that they only sell ground flower on Wednesdays! Then why is your website saying they are in stock? I'm taking my business to Surterra, Grow Healthy and Harvest. They have good websites and never any fulfillment issues. Trulieve is NOT ready for prime time!
