Bottom line is there's no inventory.
Bottom line is there's no inventory. The company should be embarrassed. All of the people who work there are very nice. They never have product and it's literally a waste of time to go in there.

I am so disappointed with this dispensary. I just renewed my ID card with the state and was going into the location to use my renewal discount of 75 off 150. My drive is 1 hour for one way. Before I went in I placed an online order and I decided to call the trulieve call center just to make sure I could get the discount, I had renewed early and paid my 75 dollars to the state 2 days before and I was concerned because I did not get my "approval" email just my email confirming my payment. I was on hold for a long time so I decided to do the chat while I waited to see what I got first. The chat representative got to me first and I explained very clearly that I only had my payment confirmation not the approval letter. He assured me I could still the discount. I took a screen shot just in case. Right after they answered from hold and I figured I would ask again just to be sure. I explained to him and he told me there would be no problems as long as I show I paid. I got a phone call about 20 minutes later and turned out it was trulieve and they were out of an item I had ordered. It was fine I chose another item. While I had the guy on the phone and he was IN THE STORE I asked him the same thing, he assured me I would have no problems because he himself uses the payment email and is able to get his discount. I was very clear and up front that I did not have my approval yet and my card did not expire for another 40 days. When I got to the store I told the cashier that I had my email to show for the discount. She said I needed the approval email.... I told her I had spoken to 3 different people that said they were certain I could use the payment email and I made sure to call the call center, I also showed her the screen shot of the convo I had with chat. She got the manager.....Her response to me was "well, that wasn't here" I told her yes it was and I spoke to the guy that called me because they ran out of an item. She went to speak to him and he flat out lied to her. He now says that he never spoke to me. I was appalled that an employee would lie about something like that. Not to mention I waited 45 minutes just to pick up my order. I wasn't going to waist my 2 hours of drive time so I just bought it and left with no intention of ever going back.

Second time this happened to me at Trulieve Lady Lake. I ordered online this morning, the Trulieve site had a photo of Pods and carts with a Buy one get one 1/2 off heading and a button on the pic that says "Shop Now". So I clicked on it, a page comes up with all pods and carts, the very FIRST one being a Bellos Cartridge, which is what I wanted. Awesome! I put 4 in my cart, said only 2 in stock, so I checked out w 2. Get to store, they had 4 after all. Great! Woman at register tells me I get $12 off entire order, obviously incorrect. (Bellos Pod is $48 ea, so discount on 4 should be $48. (24x2). Well, after 10 min of confusion and proof that nobody there can add w/o a calculator, the manager comes over and says, OH, that's cause those aren't part of the sale! I tried to explain that the link from the BOGO ad took me to a page that included the Bellos. I was told I should have read the fine print. Really? It occurs to me that the folks that work there MAY know the difference between the Trulieve naming conventions, but I don't work there. IT"S NOT MY JOB to seek out mistakes on your website. I wasted almost 2 hours of my time on this and walked away totally stressed out and angry as HECK!!! I wouldn't think that's Trulieve's goal, considering so many are there because od anxiety and stress.

I have had my medical card since 2016. I am a cancer patient as well as having chronic back pain due to to 2 herniated disks. At first, I tried a bunch of dispensaries but found I liked Trulieve, their products as well as their customer service. Spot on! As I'm in Lake County my deliveries came from the Villages location. My delivery drivers were great and I never had one problem with this dispensary. Then, they switched my delivery hub to NOBT location. That's when the issues started... They like to take your delivery order but can't seem to follow thru. It's gotten to where every time I order there is a delivery issue with the products I ordered. I place my order, I receive a confirmation email confirming my order. I've even gotten emails stating my order is packed and ready. Then, I get the phone call....I'm sorry but we are out of that. Dispensary employees taking products from delivery patient orders and selling them in store? To their friends? There are patients such as myself who are no longer able to drive, that's why I rely on delivery. Plus, I am paying a delivery charge! Try speaking with someone in managment...that position doesn't seem to exist there. No one will NOT speak directly with you. They rely on emails and simply quote from some script. Wording never changes. Script. Basically, you get told...Its just too bad, nothing they can do. No real customer service. Their website is horrible. The call center people are completely clueless. The only ability they have is to take orders, they have no answers to any questions. They also seem to very limited in knowledge of the products. I rely on this medication! Trulieve's main focus and mission statement appears to have switched from the concern and care of their patients to the concern and care of their shareholders.

I didn’t call for customer service or to give my order another chance. A supervisor called me after 3 BAD & “waiting” or wrong orders & both. He called ME & was POSITIVE in speaking to PCB dispensary my over week long problems would be resolved. Reluctantly I rescheduled. Yes eventually I received a text/call & turned them around. THE ORDER WAS STILL WRONG! I left it at “ never contact me again“ I did make a quick call to the call center and made sure they understood to leave me alone. I called the Florida medical marijuana registry, the complaint must be put in an email. And also, based on so much of the other information that I received from the employees themselves and how I’ve been treated, technically it should be reported to the Panama City Beach Police Department. All of their unethical and immoral and illegal shenanigans. So what I have time in my life, I will be reporting Trulieve online. They have been reported to the Florida registry and they have been reported to the Panama City Beach Police Department. I have had so many forms of abuse since hurricane Michael, mental emotional contractors, medical care providers, neighbors, hurricane Michael is a horrible category five hurricane! I don’t have a lie, half the time I have not had transportation, I can’t even get to medical doctors they are horrible people they steal your life they don’t give you your life back they steal it. -I am a medical marijuana patient for: C- PTSD, SLEEP without nightmares, Vascular leg pain, stroke/pain relief, High blood pressure, arthritis in back & him. Severe anxiety, worsens when driving. EAT - I’m underweight. No pharma can replace for appetite. I AM A PATIENT -

They need to realize that if they're going to sell something called "medical" marijuana, that some people are going to start to rely on it, just like they do with other "medicines". I've been using a tincture and creme for chronic pain for about 18 months. Over the last 3 months, they have been out of my products, so I have to keep switching. It's to the point now that they don't have anything even similar to what I'm accustomed to using, so now I've got to travel 4 times as far to go to MUV. Pharmacies don't run out of medicine, and by the same token if they want to be taken seriously, they've got to treat their customers with respect and not run out of things that have become important to their customers' wellbeing.
