They took my $350.00 online order c $15.00 for expedited delivery. I waited all morning and afternoon: 8a-7p and had 3 chats. 2 chats dropped off. The 3rd couldn’t find my order, despite information required by the CIA, including the order#! I made less than 24 hours before! I was told at 3:30, my order was cancelled because they didn’t have my items in stock. No one from Trulieve ever tried contacting ME to let me know or offer what they had in stock. They couldn’t give a rat’s ass. Horrendous customer service. I went to Cure Leaf, got more of a discount and was treated with respect and gratitude for my business. Tired of these hipsters trying to cram lame excuses “it’s not the thc”, apparently still wearing diapers and snot running down their noses. It IS about thc, and the low numbers suck! They advertise high percentage until you walk in, or order for delivery it never matches. Then I also am told that their websites online inventory is for ordering online, not for walking in... what’s the point of advertising if I can not physically walk in and get what’s advertised? Customer service is horrible and they are quick to argue you and TRY to make you feel wrong as a customer!

Ridiculous way to do business if you can’t guarantee a delivery date or time. You place your order online (cause no agent is ever available to take your order) if it happens to submit (which also seems to be a problem with their online order service) there is still not guaranteed you’ll get the product. I’ve placed my orders only to be informed they’ve runout or they screwed up my delivery date and time. Lousy customer service and no place to file a formal complaint. Crappie company

Twice I ordered Online (Express Pick-up) and when notified that my order was ready I went to pick up my order and they had substituted my CONFIRMED order with product I did not order and did not want, TWICE! I gave them one more chance and was notified that my order was ready, after giving them my ID, I told them it was Express Pick-up. I waited more than 15 minutes and watched 3 other people come in to pick up their orders, even though I was there well before any of them. The last person they called had come in for her pick- and she had just arrived 2 minutes before she was called, and yes, they were all Express Pick-up! Trulieve absolutely SUCKS. Asked for my ID back and left. Would not ever use them again. Oh, and the woman that took my ID, who was handling the client flow was snotty as hell to me because I wanted to cancel my order!

The sales associates are great! However, they CONSISTENTLY run out of advertised flower strains. They do not resupply to accommodate peak periods. Ex: Out of flower on FRIDAYS!!!!!! 2. LONG WAIT TIMES!!!!!Online Order Pick up...30 minutes minimum. Walk in? Forget it! (Delivery 48 hrs) 3. Insufficient square footage to meet the needs of the community: more Sales Associates and a state of the art Inventory Control Software that can analyze your sales trends and adjust accordingly. Can you IMGINE Any other business whose shelves are alway half empty, and you had to wait 20 min to learn They sold out of what you wanted while you waited!!!!! 1🤬👎

I wake up every Wednesday at 6:50am to order TruGround since that’s all I can afford to smoke. Every single Wednesday morning is a rage filled episode of phone throwing and having to go outside so I can tell and scream at my phone without waking my girlfriend. This morning for instance, it is now 8am and I just got done submitting my order after yelling at my phone for 30 plus minutes because I either can’t load anything on the website or I get to the end of the process and click submit order and it just loads endlessly. If they don’t fix their website soon, do not do business with this company. It is not worth the mental anguish. They have no idea how to hire a knowledgeable person to keep the website running smooth so they don’t deserve your business. I’m telling you now it is literal hell trying to do ANYTHING on their website

disrespectful staff, bud is kept in containers that are too big, drying out the bud. In the end you get expensive bud that turns to powder as soon as you touch it.
