Visited the new Osprey store and left a happy camper. The folks are really nice and very helpful. I think this has just become my new favorite store. Location is perfect. Fantastic employees, awesome customers service. (FINALLY!!) They really seem to care about the patient and very knowledgeable on the products they have in stock. They are open on Sundays, which is a plus. Only two negative comments I will make is that they are limited on inventory. Hopefully that will change and its sad to see that they only give 20% Military Discount, when their competitor gives 30%. Loyalty points is not the same..

Excellent service, knowledgeable staff Robert Easton at the Melbourne Florida location helped answer some important questions i had and shared experiences thanks for the great service. see you all again.

I just renewed my card and used the available discount offered. Saved a bunch of $$$ and got a nice supply of Rae Bae and Reble Sour. Kathryn, at the Orange City unit, was very helpful in me getting, the best quality for my $$$.

I received excellent customer service from Jackie in west Bradenton store. She was kind and patient. Helped me with an exchange and answered all my questions about the products I purchased. I'm grateful for her assistance and look forward to her assistance again.

I put my order in and had no problem with getting it. They called me and let me know what they had to replace what I wanted right away.

Visited Trulieve on Northlake Blvd today Michael was courteous and patient with me, took time to help me find the right products and I really appreciated that . Everyone I encountered there was friendly and the manager very kind and understanding of my needs.

Trulieve has very nice facilities in the Clearwater area, and there is never a long wait. The employees are friendly and helpful. One huge thing is that Trulieve will allow you to return an item that you tried and did not like for store credit. At other dispensaries I've visited they will not offer this. I love Trulieve and I know they will continue to grow and succeed.

Channing is a problem solver and Trace is a sweetheart! Great bunch of guys that helped resolve 'the problem' with my delivery today. Trace was patient and very empathetic to my concerns and Channing honored what his company promised. THAT is how you keep your customers happy! Thank you both and keep up the good work.
