Why is it their flower always tastes like smoking soap??? Same type as from GH but it tastes and smells like soap!!! I don’t get it. So disappointed.

It's 10/4/21. You've really built up the anticipation for Budder; congrats to your advertising agency. Unfortunately, when it became available, your stores didn't have any. I purchase in Fl and you are starting to give me a bad taste in my mouth, caused by your advertising and your lack of inventory. I am specifically talking about concentrates, as that is all that I purchase. Initially, your product and inventory was great. I increased my CanPay daily purchase limit so that I could make large purchases when you had stock on sale. Now, when everything is 30% or 40% off, you have an exclusion paragragh that is comprised of all of the concentrates that I would purchase written in the smallest print in the ad somewhere. Not that it would matter, because you are adding stores quicker than you can stock them. Like all of my friends, we've started looking at other dispensaries near us, and are finding better concentrates, albeit at higher prices. Here we are on the Big Day for Budder, and you have none---anywhere. Not only that, but the Bonita Springs store where I shop, they are out of stock completely on: Budder, Meringue, Live Rosin, Crumble, Wax, Shatter, THCa, Refined Cream, and Crml Sauz. In addition, you only have one strain available in Rosin and Live Resin. These are the only concentrates that I purchase from you.

If you want to spend your money with a business who does not care about its customers, sells overpriced, low quality products and does not make reasonable accommodations for customers with disabilities, then Trulieve is the place for you.

Ordered online, i get there had to wait 20 minutes then when it was my turn they gave my order away. Then proceeds to try to sell me some bull I will never go there again. Waste of time and patience this was at the Brandon location in Brandon Florida

When Trulieve has a discount/sale their advertised thc percentage is way lower, ie 17% vs 22%. False advertising !!!

They strip the THC and psychoactive properties from the flower and use it for oils and concentrates then sell you basically weak cannabis. They also make it so dry so that it burns right up so you come back for more flower sooner. Think about it when was the last time your lips got sticky from resin in a joint. I’ve smoked for years and to Kim and her Husband you are not true cannabis people because you wouldn’t do that to us if you where! We like good smoke and you should appreciate that and appreciate us doing business with Trulieve. At least your staff is great I’ll give you that!

Trulieve illegally bribed state officials in obtaining the medical marijuana license and the monopoly they operate in the state of Florida. This company is dirty and corrupt. Makes me wonder if you can trust their products? Forced mask mandates in their dispensaries which are illegal by the way and the little slaves that they call employees act like little Nazi's in the way they treat their customers. Their more worried that your mask is positioned properly than helping you with your order. Wake up people. This company cares about their interests not yours. Trulieve CEO Kim Rivers husband's was found guilty on multiple charges. His sentencing is October 28th.

Worst company to deal with. From the store in Boynton beach to customer service. I am disabled and made an order last night and went to pick it and was told to wait outside in 92 degrees. After 15 minutes I went back inside but was told to wait outside. There is no customer service. I have an appointment with the head attorney for the ADA. He was very interested in what happened to me today. I AM DISABLED and was treated very bad by these people by telling me to go outside and wait even though there 2as no one to fill up chairs. DO NOT USE THEM
