Trulieve has so many issues it’s hard to know where to begin. Staff is terrible, they never look at your profile. Every time I go I have to tell them to look up my vet discount. Now, they change their website and it doesn’t work on mobile devices, you get can’t get all the information. They told me to buy a PC if that’s an issue. This is for the Bradenton manatee location. Done with them! Forgot to add…..just look at how many times trulieve has responded to reviews…THEY DONT CARE!

Went to the Bartow Trulieve, one of the staff members said I didn’t even look old energy to be in there maybe jokingly but still wasn’t even my bud tender. Then started saying how bad my haircut was. Great product, bad employee.

One of the worst dispensaries I have visited. Staff was rude weight was long and management was horrible. Product is also lower shelf would not recommend this place to anyone!!! Stay away!

Please note this 1 star rating is for their delivery service. I have ordered delivery 3 times all every single time there is an issue. They give you a ridiculously long time frame and when they do give you a window time, they can’t even deliver during that time, nor give you an update letting you know they won’t be on time. Yet they want to charge you $15 for delivery. This review is from Miami Florida

Trulieve is a disgusting place to work at. Trulieve has its employees working up under each other in close proximity‘s during the Covid pandemic. Trulieve did not pay any of his workers while they were out sick while they caught Covid at Trulieve facility. We as Trulieve employees are told to get paid on the seventh and the 21st of every month,We damn near get paid on the eighth and the 22nd this is disrespectful to the people that work hard and come in early and put up with bad machines and bad management. During the summer Trulieve said that they could not bring fans into a workplace meanwhile it’s at least 90° to 100 outside it’s at least 70 to 80 in the work space.I caught Covid from working at Trulieve because there was no air circulation and grown people are in close proximity. Trulieve does does not care about their,They just use you until you cannot be used anymore I will admit when I started it was a nice and fun easy job but now that I’ve been working here for two years I have gotten information that new people are coming in and making at least 2 to 3 more dollars than me and I will have to be the one to train them and tell them what to do while they are making more money than me. That’s truly disrespectful. And you may have buddies in higher positions but they will not help you get to those higher positions you will have to do an application and do an interview but it’s a shame that you have to continuously tell somebody that you’re ready for a job and that you’re ready for an opportunity that you know you are trained for. I worked for Trulieve for two years going On three years and I am on the production team we have the most work and the hardest work to do out of all of the other departments while we make the least other departments make at least 3 to 4 dollars more than production but they get to leave every other day early everyone that’s in production is walking on thin lines because of new rules and it’s totally unfair.

This negative review is to shine a light on how bad the pre rolls are from trulieve. The pre rolls are absolute garbage. They’re a waste of money and waste valuable rec space on your monthly allowance. The bud is ground up into dust basically. Then the thing is packed so tight that no air passes through rendering it completely useless. You can puff and puff on thing but never actually get a good hit. This isn’t a one off, every time I ever buy one I instantly regret it. This has been the case since they opened years ago and I know they’ve been told about this problem several times but they don’t seem to care. Just to reiterate do not buy pre rolls from here they’re horrible.

First -Placed order this morning before around 10:30am. Sale going on 3 $45 strains for $75 bucks. Price in cart does not reflect sale amount. When i questioned them they told me it will be fixed when you pay. I’m not in the habit of driving 20 minutes in traffic to find out price is not correct. This needs to be fixed. Second, this is the 2nd or 3rd time I’ve tried placing a delivery order. That’s what my order today was. Trulieve site clearly shows my area as same day delivery between 1-7. Here all day never heard from anyone. Kept checking back order shows being processed. Finally messaged with trulieve chat (another nightmare, disconnected 3 times. No one tried to get back in touch with me) after giving them all my information multiple time only to have them tell me Aventura doesn’t have same day delivery to my area. ? What. Incredible!!! Check your site. I use to buy my entire 2 1/2 oz from Trulieve. Not anymore. MedMen is a much nicer experience. And they always have what you have bought in stock when you get to the store. Very disappointed in Trulieve. They have really great flower but it’s kind of a nightmare to buy. Maybe they have grown to big to fast. Don’t really care that you’re opening a store week. The experience totally sucks. Just to be clear I am in no way referring to any of the sales people in Fort Lauderdale, Dania or Deerfield. My experience with all of them has always been very pleasant. Corporate need to straighten their crap out. Unacceptable!
