Staff is VERY rude, have been to multiple locations in Florida. Spent $100 on capsules advertised as 1500mg just to find out that batch amounted to 950mg. I took half of the bottle after not having done edibles before and…… nothing. May as well took a Tylenol. Trulieve is possibly the worst dispensary in the state of Florida in my opinion.

First visit went okay, in, out, polite staff (if not very helpful) .... then second visit came. Had a coupon said "Second Visit: $75 credit off $150 or more. Must present approval email or state issued ID card." I have my card, it's my second visit, my order is $170. No problem right? seems pretty straight forward. Then I get a call. They won't honor what they have in print. They'll only apply it to people who have recently renewed their medical marijuana card and will ONLY accept the email, not the card... even though they have it right there in print "Second visit discount $75 credit is only valid towards a $150 purchase or more. Must present approval email OR state issued ID card." and there's nothing mentioned at all anywhere on the coupon card about needing a renewal of anything. It's my second visit people, I don't have an approval email any more, that was back in August, it's nearly January. I DID have an order of $170, I DID have my State issued ID card, it WAS going to be my second visit. I'll take my business somewhere that actually honors what they put in print. If it ONLY applies to card renewals, and they ONLY accept the email from the state then they could print that on their coupon and not waste people's time.

Don’t bother ordering online for pickup. You get a txt telling you your order is ready. You select the link that adds you to the waiting list. 5 minutes later you get a txt telling you that you’ve been kicked off for not showing up. No way to get back on. When you get there, you’re stuck waiting because they’re chronically understaffed

So I’ve tried todo orders for deliveries he’ll even gone into the stores for your deals on stuff and every single time no matter what the time is everything is always oh I sold out of that or hey do a online order and guess what everything you actually want we do t have but are website is going to say it does oh and good luck trying to figure out what ones we have and don’t cause you won’t be able to check out anyways. To a different dispensary I go I guess thanks for nothing

After waiting in the lobby for 20 mins I am told to put on a mask. This is not required in FL and none of the other dispensaries require it. In fact, I came to Trueleive directly from the doctors office today and was not required to wear a mask. This isn't the first time this has happened. On top of all that, they are more expensive than all others, at least where I shop and their customer service is no where near as warm as everywhere else I shop. I will never spend money there again if they maintain this ridiculous rule.

Over priced junk! Who charges $58 for an eighth? An EIGHTH! The quality has never been enough to justify the price. Every single dispensary in Orlando offers better deals and quality. The pictures they have online of their buds, is not what you pick up in their stores. They need to get with the times, lower their prices and make better quality bud. Don't waste your money in anything high priced here. From green to vape to edible...it's all the same...

My husband is in chronic pain and has chosen medical marijuana for pain relief and in the past he has had good results for relief the last several times he has made a purchase he has very little to no pain relief with the product. This is not good for business.

Trash trash trash, their products are as bad as their staff and customer service! The bonita location is out of control! Dont waste your time or money, ive watched them go in ppls pick up order, take what they want out for them selves ans then be super rude to the PATIENTS when there order is missing or just have no knowledge on products and the “manager” i dont wven know where to begin, where did u find him?? He knows nothing about your product, is rude, not personable and unhelpful… what a shame
