Worth mentioning that the CEO's husband was convicted for bribing the government officials in Florida. Undercover FBI agents have him on tape admitting he helped out to box out the competition. We don't want companies like this in the cannabis community, give your money to someone who actually cares

If you want subpar, overpriced weed, this is the place to go. Also, if you love to be treated like garbage, whether you're an employee or a customer/patient, this is a place for you. The company represents everything that's wrong with legal cannabis. The management has nothing to do with cannabis, it's just a cash grab for them. They don't care for the patients or their employees. CEO's husband got sentenced for 3 years for bribing government officials and the FBI has him tapped saying that they've helped boxed out the competition out of Florida's medical cannabis market

I ran a successful business 50 years in duval and clay county , if I ran a business away they did I’ve had to close my doors. I had contact with them three times by phone, my delivery is still coming, call again they should be there within an hour then I get a call at 7 o’clock tonight, i’m already back at the office I can’t deliver your order tonight so I sai cancel it. I called back again you cannot talk to the supervisor and they cannot called Orange Park store to find out what was going on. I don’t know who the supervisor is but I’m telling you I would fire that employee and bring that order to the customer myself. Worst customer service in the world. I’m done, too many other places want to business. I honestly don’t mean to be unkind but you don’t run a business like that .

The last two visits to Trulieve I was shorted the amount of flower I purchased. The first time I was shorted a gram and a half and was told I would receive a credit after calling to complain. Today I went to make anotherr purchase and there was no credit. The advisor told me to call the number again and let them know. I made another purchase and when I weighed it at home it was a gram short. I called to ask about my credit and explain I was shorted again. The call center was extremely rude and hung up on me when I asked for her name. I called back and the second girl was extremely polite but basically told me to pound sand. THEY WILL SHORT YOUR WEIGHT AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!’

Bait and switch. They advertise a certain percentage of THC for a certain type of flower you get there and it’s about 3 to 5% lower than what it is advertised as. This is happened several times!!! time to move on to a better dispensary!
