They used to be better. I would go there for their 50mg capsules because they are the only dispensary that carried them in 50mg. Before they used flower that was at least 18-20% thc. And now I just found out that they are using 8-12% but at the same price of $100!!! They are ripping off their customers! If you are going to use a very low thc% flower than it should NOT cost $100. They are messing around with people's medicine without informing them that the potency is now 1/2 of what it used to be. If potency is half the price should be half. Or at least INFORM the customers! Very dishonest way of doing business. Especially when MUV has way better flower, strain specific items, and are always changing strains. They are also very upfront about their percentage. Trulieve has had same strains for a year now overpriced, dry, and nothing I would go back and purchase a 2nd time.

The wait time is ridiculous. There’s like a dozen staff members and it takes a half hour to get in at least. There’s only two customers when I got here. They never have what’s on the website. Going to Trulieve in Cape Coral is just practice for disappointment. The people are really nice but the corporate level is really hurting them. Also the website is horrendous. That’s my biggest gripe. The website is awful. Not fun to use, only just started listing thc levels for “some” products. There are other dispensary’s that have better flower and don’t jerk you around. Do your research before settling for Trulieve. Again the workers and employees are great but whoever is making company decisions should be fired. They are hurting this brand.

Not the pleasant experience that we expected. First, the building is a bit weird looking from the outside and all the windows were covered so you couldn't see inside. This was the Davenport, FL location. Once inside the music was too loud and you couldn't hear what the front desk attendants were saying with the mumbling with the masks on. Although they were very friendly. Once we went in the back to the dispensary we weren't really welcomed and staff wasn't very friendly. For the first time there plus using Medical Marijuana the first time I would think the process should be explained to us, and what actually we need and side affects. The attendant behind the counter that we had was a young girl and wasn't very customer friendly and kept flipping her hair back. We had to ask all the questions to get what we needed with no help from her. Plus when it was time to pay, it took 4 DEBIT cards to finally pay, because they didn't accept CREDIT cards. Also, the bill was for $97 and she said that she had to round it up to $100 and give us the $3 back. What??? In my 70 years of life I never heard of that . We came out more stressed than we came in.

The advertised THC % is not what you get when you buy. Today the advertised % was over 30%, but when I got there it was less than 25%. They need to post THC %s and post accurately.
