I normally give a venue a good chance to win me over with best pricing, great customer service and quality medications but today, I purchased 4 medical vapes of which 2 tasted like mold. Everyone who has used MMJ can tell the difference on the first dose/hit and even with flower if you got molded. This should NEVER happen in a grow facility with proper quality controll. Mold contamination can be very harmful to those who are allergic to this contamination. One was RATIO purple box called Sunshine Cannibis, product number 17550-0004094331, Sunshine Kush. The other was by MUSE, light green box called Creamsickler product number 65423-0004581831. Both terrible as all get out. Reminds me of biting into a hot dog bun and there was mold in it...When I asked the sales guy which one of the four cartridges is best for pain, he kinda guessed around not really sure, and said maybe these also. People were walking out due to the 45 minute wait time and mine was also ordered on line for express pickup and I still waited 40 minutes. There was only 2 sales guys in the back. Don't know what's going on at the Sarasota branch on Beneva Ave. N. but they sure need to have better quality control. Marvin said I can return them for a like product but dam...... if the next one's are bad, I will cross Trulieve off my dispensary list. I usually use MUV but just wanted to check out a couple of Trulieves medications but what a miserable experience and 2 out of 4 bad cartridges. Doesn't give me much confidence in their quality control. Maybe the Sarasota Health Dept or whoever they get their inspections granted from should do a surprise inspection from seed to store. IMHO

As busy as Trulive is, customer service stinks. The office never has near enough to service customer (as I write there are 9 people waiting and I have been sitting 10 minutes already). The front desk clerk said they only have one person working the back! Now to make matters worse after receiving a text that the order was ready for pickup, I waiting 20 minutes to pick up my "Express Order" that was placed yesterday. When I got home, I noticed what I had ordered was incorrect and one of the containers had been opened and that specified volume was lack. I called and was on hold for over 30 minutes. After driving back to correct the issue, I have been sitting here another 15 minutes. I hope the owners read this and make necessary changes to their service processes and stop having people come to pickup an order that is not ready. Great products and wacked service don't go together. Get it right Trulieve!!!

I have been a customer of Trulieve for two years now and recently placed an online order on July 25th, 2023. I received a message that my order would be delivered the following day. Unfortunately, I did not receive any updates and had to wait until the next morning (July 27th) to receive a text message stating that my order would be delivered that day. I made sure to work from home to avoid missing it. At 3:09 PM, I received a text message stating that they were 30 minutes away. I requested a two-minute heads up before their arrival and went downstairs to wait for them. However, they never arrived, and when I called them, I found out they went to my old address by mistake. They then informed me that they would not be able to deliver my order until July 31st. I requested to have it held for pickup, but they declined my request, saying I had to place a new order. I was understandably frustrated at this point and did not place a new order. The next day, I contacted customer support, and they informed me that my order was still being held at the Hisborough location. Upon picking up my order, I spoke with the general manager who informed me that this was a common problem that had been happening for a month. He expressed his frustration and stated that he had been trying to address the issue with corporate, but to no avail. As a customer, I believe that Trulieve should focus on providing excellent customer service, especially with the number of dispensaries in the area. While I am willing to take my business elsewhere, I hope that Trulieve takes the necessary steps to remedy this issue and improve their reputation.

Let me start by saying I really like Trulieve products and I visit the Port Orange dispensary. Whenever I arrive for my pick-up or express pick-up order, I am waiting at least 30 minutes before I enter the main room. When I arrive in the back room, there are only two clerks assisting people while 5-10 people are waiting outside. How about hiring some more staff??? This has been the situation for the past year. I'm in and out of the other cannabis companies dispensaries in ten minutes.

The staff were Fantastic, but what Trulieve Corp is doing is unfair. Not allowing the lobby to have more chairs, so people are standing for 30min to and hr or more. Don't bring patients into the dispensary room until its their turn. Today I was "forced" to listen to a transaction not 3' from me. I heard all of what she gets, some of her aches and issues. As a patient, I do not want to sit there and listen to or have someone listen to my HIPAA protected visit.

Port Richey FL location - The last 3 times I pre-ordered before 8am. Each time I did not receive text telling me it was ready .I called at 11am was told orders take 4-6 hours because corporate cut hours and they are under staffed. Was told come in and wait they will expedite. Also every order has a missing item out of stock. The website says they will call if this happens but they never do . Poorly managed company.

I just got back from Is the store in Deerfield beach They're open to 9 I got there at eight forty two people were sitting down and they denied me the guy behind the desk was very disrespectful

I go to different dispensaries, depending on what the sale is. I went in today to the new location on Port St. Lucie Boulevard which I have never been to before(next to my work), and it was crazy! I get it, it was 4/20, but the Gatlin store is SOOOOOOOOO MUCH BETTER THAN THIS ONE! The staff was not nice(annoyed with people coming in and not having a place to put them, along with all the individuals standing and sitting in there was also not happy! This is the first time I have visited this establishment and I was immediately turned off!!!! I normally go to the one on Gatlin where everyone is so super happy and over accommodating and literally doing everything they can to make your shopping experience a happy one. I will not be visiting that one again!!!! It was AWFUL!!!!!! I went on to the website to talk to a representative and I was number 142 to be answered. Not interested in waiting. I’m not gonna wait in the store for 2 plus hours and definitely not on the phone to wait for a representative to go thru 142 calls befor they get to me🙄
