If I could give trulieve a zero, I would‼️ They practice customer NO SERVICE when it comes to the completely useless phone center! All they do is tell you what’s on the web site, and that is wrong most of the time! I reported my experience to quality control. I’m sure they will probably do absolutely nothing about the call center, but at least I logged my complaint. Suffice it to say that I had a terrible experience and WILL NOT be going back.🤬

This place has a bunch of rude young staff members. I asked if the young kid behind the counter would punch my rewards card because the store before didn't. He had the receipt in his hand and said no because he wasn't having a good day. I said thanks a lot and him and the other kid just laughed in my face. So I said just please get me out of here and I won't be back here. They had more to say to me I told him to f off because I was pissed at this point. The kid behind the counter wanted to fight over it physically. Anyways I shouldn't have said f off but they just didn't care and were rude from the start and I wasn't being a jerk or anything and they never stopped being jerks about it and it could have been a nicer exchange. They wanted to fight with me though!

When we got there the system was down no big deal it happens so we left the issue i have is thst there online shop does not work for me at all they can say there flower is out of stock but i doubt that at 9am its almost as bad as curaleaf at least there shop works so i have an idea of what ill even have the option to get, going in blind is quite frankly not a good look for any business especially one that is ment to sell somthing that is used for a medication tbh if i could grow my own to avoid both shops i would unfortunately that is still illgeal

They never have what they advertise unless it’s crap no one wants, they only have about one or two strains worth anything and when they get them they are out of it in a couple hours the staff blame it on corporate the dispensary needs to do there own inventory and there own website everytime I go there I drive around to different locations wasting 3 hours of time and gas just to find out they don’t have what you were looking for also prices are about 1/3 higher than what you pay from a dealer they should be lower as the growers and dispensary’s are not dealing with the risk of being arrested it’s just a plant like lettuce or tomatoes no risk involved so prices should not be 50 for and eighth I can’t wait until it becomes legal for recreational use because then you can just grow your own and not be connected to these establishments anymore

Been customer for 4 plus years. I’n past year several locations gone down hill and several bad experience. Last one, ex: 4/17 primo release 8:00 ish, I have choice between 7/8 stores in 30 miles. Put together order by 8:30 arrive store noonish waited 45 minutes and no primo. Store blames corporate no ship. Very disappointed. Try sell me same strain in regular buds. He then rang my order but left one item off. He then rang the other one and I ask for additional stamp.said was under 50 but had 36 carry over and would of been if rang right. Cop attitude. He said primo wasn’t on sale and I politely inform him I’m a vet and high point Trulieve and always get 30 %. Didn’t need to come out on Easter for something often on menu. Further Discussed perk card and told him I was in on 4/14 and could I get credit as he could look up. Was told he couldn’t look up which is hog wash as I watch them do it at another store several days before. When leaving I am from the lady at the front desk that I would never be back she is very polite. I explained to her and another lady why and the other lady said “give me your card and I’ll stamp it just to get you out the door.“ I offered my ID number where she could look the order up as I couldn’t remember exactly she gave me credit for 200 when it was over 400. When I got home I looked online and that Primo is it several locations and still is 30 hours later. I called corporate and was told I would receive a call back but wasn’t informed of the 24 to 72 hour call back. Call again today and I did get one call back it rang twice and straight to voicemail before I could answer. I Called several times today but never could get through to a customer service supervisor. And you know what I won’t hear from them as we are approaching 420 and this issue alarm not be resolved before then. So needless to say it is my loss this year but I will have a new store for 420 One 2023. It’s sad when poor customer service will drive away a very very loyal customer.

Beware of this place if you are a young female, their employees will go behind the computer when you were not there and write down your information and contact you to flirt with you. every time I have been to this location I have been treated like I have no clue what I’m doing and act as if they are superior to the normal person. They show product online that they don’t sell in store unless it’s under 19%. Management is definitely a big mess and under trained to say the less. Absolutely no privacy, no respect, no help.

Every single order has been screwed up. They deliver something that is supposed to be 28% THC that is 12% and then they try to tell you there is always a variation. I have had a lot of major health issues and doing business with Trulieve is like trying to work with your enemy. The people in their call center tell you one thing and then they screw you on delivery. I am livid. My last 3 orders have been painful.

The young people that attend to me inform me of the newest product Truelieve has to offer. The IT department at Trulieve , through GIO, a supervisor, tells me that because my email address is thru AOL, GIO tells me that TRULIEVE does not support AOL. GIO wants me to try another email address thru GMAIL, etc. I do not trust the supervisors at TRULIEVE. They LIE. I read about the lawsuit, now I know why. Stay away from the IT department.....they are full of you know what!!!!
