Placed order online at 7.15am, got a call at 1.15pm saying they were out of 3 things I ordered. Called main office and they didn't seem to care about there customers. Online order is a joke, might have what you want maybe not. How lucky do you feel today. Won't spend another dime at this place.

Terrible, horrible customer service. Ordered the day before. Received word it was ready and waiting. When I went to pick it up the next day. I had to sit there. And sit there. And sit there. I was told there were other customers. It was 9:10 AM. So, I looked in the parking lot. Mine was the only car. So, I can only guess that everyone else walked there at 9AM. Terrible. You guys suck. BTW, I have other not-so-great thoughts about your business model.

My last purchase at Trulieve was very disappointing. I went to Trulieve because of a sale they were having on flower. The flower was all terrible. It had barely any smell, tasted like crap and was very difficult to grind up. It was literally the worst I have ever had. The flower was almost damp as if it had not cured properly. What a waste of my money and no relief at all from pain. I guess this is why they had such a good sale to get rid of the bad batches of flower. I will not be using trulieve ever again for flower. This is the second time this has happened to me with Trulieve during one of their great sales. Great sale equals substandard flower.

My Fiancé and I came into the store Northampton location and as we walked in, Melissia the lady at the check in desk was very rude and disrespectful telling my fiancé she makes way more money them him and she told him he needed to grow up ! As he went to the restroom she continued with smart remarks and being disrespectful.

Worst customer service in the industry. Not the people at the stores. The management. Only trying to make as much money as possible as fast as possible. Don't give a crap about the actual customers.

I place my order online got a confirmation and a notice that they will text me when my order is ready place the order at 1:00 still no text nor a phone call to let me know my order was ready so I went into the store at 8:19 p.m. for them to tell me that the store is closed but you have customer sitting in there waiting for their orders this is a constant with trulivie I'm wondering what is the sense of ordering on the website when you still have to wait for hours to get your order when they do not text you to let you know that your order is ready as well I was under the assumption that when you place your order online and check in on Waverly you should not have to wait no more than 15 minutes but I've checked in online several times and had to sit there for over 2 hours while they were busy taking care of the walk-ins most of the staff that I dealt with was pleasant but I feel as if a lot of the staff needs to stop smoking and eating what they are selling and take care of the customers

If I could give Trulieve zero stars, I would. Trulieve is the Kmart of dispensaries. Their advertised thc content online never matches what you actually get in flower. When you get it, it is always lower than advertised. And that's when they actually have the product in store. A lot of the time online does not match in store quantities. Now they have made it that you have to show vet ID every single time you pick up an order. Even though it already shows on acct. When you're a caregiver for a patient, who carries the patients drivers license or dd214 around? They can't get it together to be a GOOD dispensary now they are demanding proof EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Other dispensaries ask for it the 1st time, put it in the patients file and you don't have to show it after that. Its as if Trulieve is trying to chase customers away. Which won't be difficult with all the other issues they have. It's evident the Corp office employees, who is NOT in the stores, are making these asinine policies.

You order online but they don't fill your order until you actually come in meaning they may sell out of items that you ordered before you pick up you online order. I work at a hemp distributor and that is NOT how we do things. Also, very ignorant employees, ignorant to all knowledge of cannabis. Hire people who actually use the products so they can give first hand experience to customers and for God sakes teach people about terpine profiles. What do you expect when greed takes over a medicinal and spiritually herb though. Id say the owners of this company should be ashamed but im sure their making enough money by stepping on throats to pay their shame away.
