First of all Trulieve used to be the go to place.... Now if your looking to have your personal information compromised and used by their uneducated untrained (cashiers) pun intended thats the place. If your looking to be racially profiled and or have your products missing or defective you not allowed to questioned the (CASHIER) about the missing or defective product then you are removed by security, I'f this is what you want your good., but there are so many better professional educated and well trained personal at many other dispensearies why go to trulieve, the personal are abusive they mean to slander and liable you from the start. Yeah this place on Military Trail in Palm Beach Florida should be shut down.

Terrible customer service in Cranberry, PA. When I arrived, I was the 2nd customer in line. The first customer was an off duty employee/pharmacist. Only one worker in the dispensary. He went in and took close to 25 minutes of time with the one working employee. During this time, asked the receptionist if anyone else could help and she said they were in the back filling orders VERY RUDELY. By the time, I got in there, they were out of stock of my product. Just great, By time I was leaving, 5 people now in the lobby. Good luck. I’m leaving and going to another dispensary. Thanks for wasting my time and for nothing!

We stopped going into the store bc they treat vets like criminals. As if I'm not still a vet from the last time you checked my dd214 (AND added a note in my acct) so went to delivery. When they call to confirm delivery, they say 1 total and promise delivery free will be deducted. It never is and total is never the same (always higher) once delivery person arrives compared to what store told me when they called to confirm and they lie about reasons why it isn't removed. Also their flower thc is often labeled as higher online than it actually is once you get it. Horrible service, do not recommend. Find a diff brand dispensary. Never have these issues at muv, rise or even fluent.

To be honest wish I could leave a negative infinity sign for their lack of service. The last two times in, I was made to wait over 40 minutes while they kept taking new walk ins n others, bumping down the line, though I checked in on line n was told in text that I was next in line. This behavior is pervasive and they are not the only dispensary in town. Strongly suggest boycotting them til they get the hint to provide actual service

I honestly HATE that I have to come here for my products. Orange city store is always somehow "short staffed" and apparently the express check in is non existent so why is it even an option? The percentages that shows online are never what I receive... I mean that's the whole point in choosing a certain percentage right? Because you want it... and then never get it. I hate trulieve

Great products and prices…. However, the call center and website is crap. You can never reach anyone when you call and whatever is on their website is rarely in stock. I went their to get a product that was advertised and guess what? Not in stock after showing the person, which tried to sell me something that was 4x more expensive. Get your 💩together Trulieve

Just came back from a visit to the Brooksville Dispensary. Not very happy. I typically get a 20% military + a 10% senior discount. Every time, any day, all products, except ground and equip. I recently have been using the Blue river Live Rosin cart. Today I placed an order on line to restock. 7 live rosin carts and 4 1/8 of roll one @ 22% THC all of which I have received a 30% discount for in the very recent past. I was informed no discounts on Blue River or the flower since it was already discounted. The Roll one is not discounted it is always $20. OH, that's a new product and should not be discounted. In comes the manager .. sorry but we will have to discipline that employee if we find out who it was. Then I find that the order is packed with a substitute Trulieve brand @ 17% and was not roll one @ 22%. By this time the cashier has finished the transaction. I was then informed I had just purchased it and it was mine. in other words to BAD. Is that any way to treat a customer let alone a senior citizen and retired Veteran.

Trulieve is not a good company I used to work for them. It’s a high school. Drama everywhere managers that don’t understand what workermens comp is. I had a manger tell me don’t go to hr. Very unprofessional go to Health For Life off of Cave creek.
