No one will investigate or get back to me after stating so.
I see no use in giving feed back to " improve customer service" as no one investigates many concerns of false advertising and disabling my loyalty points. This is an alternative email not linked to the site, to protect myself and purchases. After leaving a review, honest but negative "games were starting to be played (we will look into it and get back to you) no 1 ever does. I will not provide dates, it will expose my main email and I fear something else would be taken away as its not a privilege for laylty points and that was taken from me. It forces me to put a date, the dates it's been going on is about 1 calendar year

If a zero could be given
If a zero could be given, I would… been a card carrying member for five years and trulieve is by far the worse dispensary in Florida. Their website is a joke. They often list product that isn’t available and they sometimes pull product away from pre orders to make shoppers happy that show up for whatever. They don’t have answers which can only be explained that it’s poorly ran and the suit and tie ppl are paid for incompetence… I order from grow healthy or suterra… I don’t need to bother with trulieve and their lack of professionalism and lack of product they claim to have yet don’t, just to make them look like they have variety…

Their bud sucks and is overpriced
Their bud sucks and is overpriced, #1. Tried everything there from shake to their “OG kush” flower wise, and vaped a lot of different kinds of carts. Use a 18 inch Medicali glass water pipe mostly. I’m a big smoker and have a high tolerance). #2.) Oil carts stop hitting with a quarter amount left in them, or the coil burns out halfway and then you can’t pull it because it’s disgusting, even on a low or moderate heat setting - 2.4-2.8V. And 3.2V on any of their carts will immediately fry the coil out, and then you’re really screwed $35-60, depending on type of oil extraction method: rosin, resin, distillate, etc.. #3.) Order said it was ready for pickup one time and when I got there, they didn’t have what they said was ready and “confirmed for pickup.” So many other better dispensaries, like MÜV or Cookies, or The Flowery... I’m done with this schwap dispensary. Rude cashiers as well, except for a few at this one location. Their debit card machine reader never worked, and the ATM fee is ridiculous. If your order, let’s say is $45, they will charge you $55 total on a debit card. Always bring cash I know but still, that’s $10 extra right there. That’s a sandwich every time, gone.
Oh and what really topped it off is their “cultivar collection.” It’s wack. Bought a $15 pre roll, 1g joint right? supposed to be their top of the line, most fire and cared for tree, and went to smoke it Thanksgiving Day, and there was more smoke coming off the joint than there was capable of being inhaled. In other words, that thing didn’t pull at all, therefore a complete waste of $15. Neighbors got more high than I did because a machine rolled it tight as f. Too tight. DONE WITH “Trulieve.” Should be called “Shilieve.”

I am a Vietnam era veteran
I am a Vietnam era veteran. I've had my card for over 2 years now. I showed that I was a veteran the 1st time I went into Trulieve. I have enjoyed my veteran discount in that time. However recently I went in and they asked me to show I was a veteran. I don't always carry my DD214 with me, Who does?So I had to pay full price. Once you are a veteran you are always a veteran it does not change. I feel this is a dis insult and disrespect all veterans. I urge my fellow veterans to boycott Trulieve till they change this policy.

Poor communication for delivery…
Poor communication for delivery service. I placed an order on Saturday and received confirmation my order was to be delivered on Sunday. When it got to Sunday afternoon and I did not receive a call regarding my delivery information I started an on-line chat with a Trulieve representative. I was told that my order would be delivered Sunday. After a few more hours without hearing back from Trulieve I placed another call to the call center and was told the delivery would be on Monday. I received a call on Monday regarding my delivery information. When the driver arrived I gave him my debit card. He went back to the car and told me they did not have a debit card reader with them and I would have to re-schedule my delivery. I once again, I called the call center and was told my delivery would arrive Tuesday. Fast forward to Tuesday and I did not hear from anyone at Trulieve so, you guessed it, I had to call the call center again to be told that my delivery was scheduled for Wednesday. At this point, I just wanted my product so I went to the store to pick it up. As I was being checked out I noticed that one of the products in my bag was not what I ordered. A little communication would have gone a long way in this instance. I doubt that I will try ordering delivery from this location again.

Veteran on Veterans Day
Veteran on Veterans Day (Trulieve offered a 50% discount and a free pre-roll.), placed an online order. At pickup, I was told they were out, but they could get me something better with a 50% discount.
I have a budget. If I could afford the better stuff, I would buy the better stuff. I wanted what I had ordered, not a 'bait-and-switch' tactic.
Sorry way to treat any customer much less a veteran on Veterans Day.
To stay within my budget, I placed an online order with their competitor, traveled 20 miles one-way, at night, on a country back road, and their competitor had what they had sold me actually in-stock.
Nice people but I cannot afford to waste gas hoping they have what they are selling in stock.
UPDATE (11/13/2022):
Sent a complaint through Trulieve's website contact and received a response.
The first email requested additional information which I provided. The second one addressed...well addressed nothing germane to the issues.
It was condescending and sought to pin the problem on my misunderstanding discounts (which I was aware did not apply to my order and they know that), and that somehow it was the team at the store's fault requiring their retraining. (not a clue as to how that was derived at as I am fine with local staff, it's Trulieve's questionable policies I have a problem with).
My primary complaints were that: 1) They knowingly sell merchandise online they don't have in-stock to deliver; 2) They confirm orders and processing through email and text messages, but make no effort to notify the client that the merchandise is unavailable. The client does not find out they aren't getting their order until they are standing at the register, cash in hand ready to check out.; and, 3) They don't offer a 'rain-check', they don't offer an item of equivalent value, the client's order just became more expensive as they are subjected to a classic 'bait-and-switch' routine with better quality product offered, in this instance with the Vet's Day discount.
It wasn't an inventory issue, it wasn't a communications issue, it was a lack of intelligence on my part and somehow a failure of the store's team.
Not addressing anything, what they did do was offer me a one-time offer of an additional 20% off my next order.
Will I place another online order and then hope they have it in stock and it's ready when I arrive? Probably not, their competitor's a longer drive and a little bit more expensive, but I trust them to have my order ready when I show up. They also don't have a slew of complaints similar to this one.
When over 40% of your reviews are on the negative side, as a business, you're doing something wrong. Now whether you learn from that and address the issues or, keep going and accept what losses to business and reputation that result is entirely on you.
I have somewhere else to go.
