Overcharged, jerked around on deliveries, stuff always out of stock & they have to call u, stores always packed, staff not the nicest & just a general pain in the posterior to deal with. Increases your need for the medicine having to deal with them. Now I have an almost $300 credit that they get to have the benefit of for 35 days. U pay interest everywhere else. I didn’t even intend to purchase again but they’re seeing to it that I have to by pulling this stunt. Plenty of other places to buy your meds…you will find they run smoother, more efficient, don’t charge nearly as much & are helpful & friendly.

Tried the jet fuel and I can honestly say ?what the hell is this garbage . Nothing but stems and dried garbage and zero effects . Thanks for burning my wallet and I certainly won't be supporting garbage truck blends

Will not honor credits I had on my account. Bait and switch from BOGO to zero! Budtender was high. Hey Buddy do it on your own time. Totally unhelpful. Halo is far superior to Trulieve. Buyer beware!

Ok these 1 gram joints, really nobody has a problem with these??!!! So i buy a joint, i light it and the whole thing burns up, it runs down the side of the joint. I try to hit it and it gets worse. Worst joints i ever tried to smoke. Everytime i get one its jus a total waste. I tell the guys at the coral spring, Florida. And they say they know and alot of people tell them the same thing. Try a half gram joint!!! Surterra is killing it the half grams!!! And the .35 joints r to small!

Warning false advertising here too. used 75$ loyalty points for a product advertized as 25% indica and they gave me 25% sativa. I didn't notice till the next day. Every harvest location sells false advertized product and no one does anything about it. I also wanted a glass pipe they didnt have in stock so they messaged me asking if I wanted one they had in stock and I agreed however if they didn't have the 25% indica in sto k they should have asked me if I wanted something else cause I did buy from the advertisement which was 25% indica.

First, I couldn't place an order online. Your online chat responded by saying I would have to go in person because they couldn't provide any help about anything. Then I went in person and asked to see the menu. Their stock did not reflect their menu at all.\ On to the next stop. Their menu didn't post percentages so there was an approximate 20 minute wait to find out what they actually had. The third place didn't have parking. I used to love Trulieve, but there service sucks. Their employees are good, but your online information sucks!

Ordered online. Received notification order was ready. Checked in online and put as only person on waitlist(less than 5 minute wait) When I arrived, I was told I would still have to wait behind all the walk ins. Waited 20 minutes, then cashier was very dismissive and would not speak to me. Manager explained I would have to wait twice as long if I walked in. But two walk in individuals were checking out the same time as me. I saw them enter while I was waiting. This waitlist thing is worthless as you always have to wait behind walk in orders. Why order online? Trulieve has the worst customer service I’ve experienced. This company doesn’t understand they are supposed to be supplying medicine. They are only interested in profit.
