Five ✨ star service evertday

They have the best flower for me. The employees are great and very informative.

Great service and speed. Everyone there is very nice and the staff are very knowledgeable.

although I love all the staff I’ve ever encountered at Trulieve. I am tired of the false advertising on the text mails you send me most recently last night. You sent me a text at 11 PM just after 4am got it just after 9 AM. Each time it had the same article. And each time I got on your website and the products you advertised were NEVER available! I understand if you happen to run out of something that you’ve had a special on. But if you advertise something and you don’t have the product you should have to replace it with something of the same quality and thc!! this is not the first time this is happened. When you run a special, I have the right to expect that you have the product in stock. I’m tired of hearing all your employees tell me how marketing doesn’t listen to them. Or that The website was down or the other excuses I’ve encountered too many times. I like the people at your Largo store. But there are literally three other dispensaries within 2000 feet of this one to offer similar products and specials. I expect you to correct your issues, and I expect you to send me some kind of store credit. Not a discount store credit

i was a first time patient at the 5900 rock island road location and had the pleasure to be served by i think your most polite and helpful clerk CARLOS K. he was super efficient and knowledgeable of the products and gave great courteous service ! when i return i want to be helped by this clerk he is the greatest!! DEXTER GARY.

We went for the first time to the dispensary in Hollywood FL. It is amazing beautiful building , great customer service the girls are amazingly courteous especially the girl that took care of as inside her name was AUDREY super knowledgeable and very cool. Five stars to de whole thing . We got an amazing discount so we bought more.

I have been to Trulieve Orange City. I have mainly been assisted by Kaila however I’ve seen Anthony as well. Kaila is very informative about the products and has assisted me based on my needs. We all have different needs based on our ailments and issues and our preferences of usage and routes of administration so it’s important to have people who can explain things based on needs that is most helpful for your particular issues. The products at Trulieve are also really good and availability is also a plus
